BUYER BEWARE…
Fast turnaround, but when we realised the colour was not right they wouldn’t accept a return.
Tiles were unused in perfect condition. We bought 6 of them but they were classed as single tiles so they wouldn’t exchange. Disappointed and feel ripped off.
Communication is abysmal. I ordered two products from the web site. Both were listed as in stock. Received an automated email confirmation of the order. Two weeks later received an automated email confirmation of shipment. Two emails sent in that two weeks requesting a status update went unanswered. The products are fairly good, but not good enough to put up with such poor service. I was a return customer, but I'll not be using them again.
