Bought a phone. 25 working days turned into longer. Couldn’t cancel.
When they finally cancelled, no refund after 2+ weeks.
They advertise 48hr replies but never respond.
Taking people’s money and running. Stay away.

Fast, kind and easy to use

Listing items is very easy especially with books where the platform automatically adds information after the ISBN is scanned. Shipping is also easy especially when you don’t have to print a shipping label but can scan a QR code at the drop off location.

I am very satisfied with this website! It offers a wide variety of interesting products at great prices. The interface is modern, user-friendly, and very easy to navigate, making shopping quick and enjoyable. Ordering is simple, and everything is clear and well organized. İ dislike when i sell good product exactly how i describe in my posts en great profuct but the buyer reports it sayin it is not exactly like the foto just to get their money back and i think it is really unfair because i sell it for an price en they just make it a problem to give my money

Very easy to buy and sell on Vinted. Very good system. However, no all items that I would like to sell, can be dispatched and are more suited to be collected by the buyer. I was still unable to figure out how this would work within Vinted if possible.

New transport of vinted is disappointing takes ages (2weeks BE to BE ? ) even if a user sends immediately
Pity as that makes it less interesting

Bought a pants that came damaged and i had to pay for shipping (return) which makes no sense.. Also didnt have time to return it within the 5 day time limit (because i was in dispute waiting for response) and now i can't even send it back to get my money back.

Had multiple experiences like this.
Many sellers sell items in good condition and the condition or description/colours are wrong.

Bought 20 products and only ended with a few good products i liked.

Not worth your time...

Very good platform to sell/buy 2nd hands stuff. Easy to chat with byers, quick handling, lot of sending options...

I have 2 cases where object isn't has d'escrime. Client hasn't update or respecter any deathlines.

Some objectif are still being shipped after 28 days. Eventhoug maximum is 25 day. Vinted will just entend delay.

For this reason I have seriously disminished my shopping on Vonted and may stop all together.

Great service, it is fast and very easy. I have sold many items on Vinted and I will continue to sell more in the future.

Unfortunately Vinted charged me twice for several transactions. And they keep my money.

After I subscribed, I was requested via the platform to authenticate my account by being charged of 0,01 euros (as mentioned in the site).
However, 3 days later, during the night, I was charged 39,99 euros by the same account that did the verification.
I checked if there is a subscription fee that I didn’t notice before and I found no such fee.
I couldn’t get through to customer service, no matter the time and effort.
As a result, I had to go to the bank, cancel my debit card, order a new one, and file a charge dispute complaint.
I am new in this platform and I see way too many 5 star reviews, so I am giving it a second chance to see if it’s worthy of my time.

Vinted is very well organised and it is very simple to buy or sell any product,i have till today not had any problems with the app since they treat every problem with sincere dedication

**An extremely disappointing and concerning experience.**

My Vinted account has been permanently blocked for alleged “fraudulent activity,” without any specific facts, evidence, or explanation being provided to me.

Such an accusation is particularly serious. However, despite my repeated requests, Vinted has never been able to explain what I was actually accused of. Even after sending a registered letter, I received no response whatsoever, which clearly reflects the level of customer service and respect.

This is not the first time. A few months earlier, a listing concerning a pair of glasses had already been removed. I requested the reasons for this removal, including supporting photographs of the item and justification for the decision. I never received any response.

The only items I was selling came from a family inheritance. Despite this, my account was permanently closed without any meaningful explanation.

What is most concerning is that it appears almost impossible to communicate with anyone capable of properly reviewing the case. The responses seem standardized and never address the essential questions: what specific facts are being alleged? What evidence supports them? On what basis is such a serious accusation made? There are, however, European legal provisions stating that such practices are unlawful (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council – Digital Services Act), which does not appear to be respected in relation to unjustified account closures.

A platform that accuses a user of “fraud” should be able to clearly explain its decision and provide a genuine opportunity for an effective appeal process. In the absence of transparency, trust is lost. It is a fundamental legal principle that the party making an accusation must provide proof.

This is my factual experience.
