So, the team got in touch, and have reviewed things, and agreed that the old-timers, should be grandfathered into the new plans, keeping AT LEAST the original access. They asked if I could check in and try the all-access I have been given, and I promise I will after finding the time.

They also asked if I could change my review - and I said if all is good, I will.

I strive to be honest with my experiences - because I rely on everyone's reviews before purchasing resources and tools. So I can't lie or be bought over, cause then if we all do that, then where are we going to find the good stuff? The good enough stuff.

I'm changing this review upwards, because my issue was feeling disregarded, despite me having been a customer since before the changes - and through this app, I then purchased their other one, Artistly.
Now, that they have received feedback, they agreed and so my main issue has been proactively solved.

I changed the review based on three points.
1. Support got in touch - they wanted to make it right for their users - and you and I could agree, that unless an app is shutting down, we early buyers should continue to receive what we paid for (or more) and not less - and this team did that. They got the feedback, and they made changes. This tells me, they are aware of what's happening, and are willing to work together. So on that front, well done, and thank you.
2. They offered me a little more, and I appreciate that. I run an education company, and we enjoy giving people a little more. It should be a part of an organization's nature - if they are able to - because that slight extra is really going to give you an edge. People - those with money or no money - enjoy getting extra. They feel valued and appreciated.
3. I like VideoExpress. If I didn't like it, or trust it, I wouldn't have continued with their other apps.
So I appreciate being moved to better access, and they have asked me to try something else, and maybe review if need.
I will, when I have the time.

So, 5 stars overall.
I may put in some time days later to review more of what access I have been given, but I don't expect the stars to change. I think these guys work, and they try.

Just please make sure fairness, guys. If times change and resources need to change, you need to communicate, and engage, and see what can be done to make sure everyone's happy, before changes are made.

Anyway, good app, these guys are active in making sure everyone's settled, I don't expect changes - things are back on track.

I also recommend getting the Artistly. I like it, the children's book generation is amazing; I've made money selling kids' books on Amazon KDP.

This app was the first of a few apps I have with this team. I've had this software for a while. I've always been able to work on 5 images at the same.
I stopped using it for a while, but when I returned, I discovered that all basic users can only generate one video at a time.
Although I understand some changes needed to be made, but they should have grandfathered those who purchase from them in the early days to keep what they have been given/promised. But they haven't.
So this tells me things.

I don't know about their other apps, I already am struggling with their Talkingphotos.ai. That I would not recommend. This one, I am on the fence. Cause if you have to pay for elite account, there are better apps to do videos.
So the score is for my disappointment at having been left with the people with the 1 image to video limit.

Be careful people. They are refusing me my money back . I've only been with them one day and their ai is terrible. I've asked for a full refund for Video express ai and for talking photos and they are only offering me a partial refund! The whole thing is a scam! I'm now having to look into seeking legal advice as they are in breach of the 30 day back guarantee!

I absolutely love VideoExpress — it has become essential for me.

I purchased VideoExpress.ai expecting to create videos as advertised. After buying, I discovered that videos longer than 6 seconds require an additional paid upgrade — something that was not clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
I requested a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead of processing it, they ignored my request and sent me promotional emails. I have followed up multiple times with no result.
I would caution anyone considering this product to be aware of these hidden limitations before purchasing. A company that does not honor its own refund policy cannot be trusted.

For the one time price they offered in a sale, I guess it's worth it, but if you're looking to create good (like basic decent quality videos following basic prompts, not asking for much) this isn't it.

Their website itself is extremely barebones, there's almost nothing besides a few buttons to generate a video or an image. Generating anything at all results in a very basic quality AI video (you know the ones from years ago where eyes are weird swirly things, fingers are weird and mixed up at times, teeth are messed up) and it only allows for a few seconds of video to be generated at a time, meaning if you want even a short video with a story to it, you have to generate a LOT of videos to not only have the full story in pieces, but also have it be in a decent enough quality where it doesn't look like a mish-mash of videos with disfigured characters in a series of mismatching scenes.

There is no negative prompt option, so you can't avoid or fix anything, there are no different models for you to experiment with, nothing. You simply click generate and HOPE you get something even worth looking at twice.

The reviews you read on social media and even some on trustpilot itself are fake, do NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Read the critical ones, because they'll tell you the truth.

I love all the features, especially those also added now in version2 . The app is very user friendly for beginners and I love how all you need is in one app! The tutorials are great and I can tell the humans behind the scenes really care about their consumers! The added bonus of seeing styles and accessing prompts from the gallery is very helpful too.

i spent 4 days doing a video for my fathers 94th birthday. After completing it and on the day I was to play it for the entire family....I tried to save and export it. The program glitched and I lost everything. It ruined my fathers birthday. This program is a joke! It constantly freezes and is a pathetic piece of ****. Don't waste precious time or money. In short.....it sucks!

I like it alot, and I have not been using it much, but I will soon. I may consider upgrading it. Basic, straightforward - it gives you what it promises; so far no glitches or bugs that I am aware of.
It states that usage is unlimited, but please be aware that you can convert only 5 images to video at a time.

Recommend? Yes, for the one time fee - it is good. For monthly? Debatable.

I have also reviewed their other two products: Artistly and TalkingPhotos - look for those for the other two (bundled them together because they come from the same team/people).

Oh!! This product is great but the company is greater. The AI tool produces quality output with minimalistic prompt. This AI tool is realist looking with heavy updates poured out every week. I am also impressed with the customer services as they are prompt and eager to solve any inquiries that I have raised.

I never thought of myself as an artist but after learning and using Video Express I can now find my artistic expression. The tutorials and the FB group are there to help with any questions or issues with learning the program. VideoExpress is a significant leap in content creation

We purchased and tired the model. there was some glitch we contacted support and resolution was very swift. Highly appreciate the service. Kindly keep pace with nano banana and try to match or beat its quality, then I hope you will be in the ai race.

I paid, but never received anything.

I purchased the Videoexpress.ai offer, and although my payment went through, I never received any access, no login details, and no confirmation email.
I contacted their support several times, but I have received no reply at all.

As of today, I still have no access to the service I paid for and no communication from their team.

I am requesting an immediate resolution, either by activating my account or issuing a full refund.

I will update my review if the situation is resolved.

I have to say I am very impressed with the functionality of Videoexpress. There's a lot to it, and it does take a little while to figure it all out, but that is because it is so feature-packed and not because it is particularly complicated. I have found the results to be superb and totally comparable to the results I've been getting use top flight tools at huge expense. It is also great that it integrates with their other tools such as CloneVoice and Artistly. Lastly, I have to mention support. Excellent service and responsive too, so top marks there. I do have other video editing tools that I've been using for years, but VideoExpress adds a level of AI video generation that far surpasses what these other tools offer, by a wide margin.

It's very worthy for the price I have payed. Most of the times it follows prompts. But sometimes it has difficulty to generate human expressions. Some times create videos with unwanted talking activity when instructed to a video without someone talking. It has some difficulty with transitioning between scenes as well. But most of time it gives sharp and very detailed videos. I think they will improve some of bugs. I didn't try the video editor. I bought this only for AI video generation. Overall, it's very worthy of buying because it's only one time price.
