I was in a free trial for a week then rightfully charged after the Trial. I did not use Viblo once the purchase was made. About a week later I asked for a refund, and within 4 minutes the amount was refunded & deposited back into my account. Ive never had an experience like that before on the positive side. There a real chance if I come back around to clipping Viblo is the way I will most definitely go! Thank you again for the speedy service. Now I can pay a bill thats due! Can't express how much this means to me. TY again!!

Forgot to unsubscribe from the premium plan however the support team helped me out quickly with a refund.

Absolute waste of time don't bother its removed 2 hours of my editing progress because of a subscription i already had (7 day free trial) you cant even save the video because that's also locked behind a paywall

Didn't use the app much, but they charged me after my trial has ended while i wasnt planning on using the app anymore. but after contacting support they gave a prompt response with a refund for me. Seems like a business by fair people.

An excellent customer experience and a very helpful exception

I reached out to Viblo after realizing I had been charged $25 for a subscription renewal that I couldn’t afford at the time. I explained my situation and asked if they could make a one-time exception to their refund policy.

They were incredibly understanding and issued a full $25 refund and canceled my subscription immediately so I wouldn’t be charged again. The response was also very quick.

I really appreciate Emman and the Viblo support team for treating me with kindness and understanding. Sometimes good customer service is simply having a real person willing to look at the situation and help and that’s exactly what happened here.

It’s a subscription scam

I chose Viblo to create some content for my new channel based on a guru that recommended them for certain features. While some of those features were brilliant, others either did not work or were missing. I contacted support who were absolutely superb - helpful, honest, knowledgeable and very reactive. They cancelled my subscription but I will definitely be using them again in future once they've ironed a few things out. Their excellent support pushed this from a 3 to 4 star review from me and I believe the platform will be a game changer soon for creators :-)

I was buyed the subscription beacuase kellan hannebry was saying that and he was lying he didnt mention he is the owner of that thing and he is lying

this scam ass company offers free trial but when you go to try and cancel the cancel subscription button is missing . I emailed them but no response of course, and then these scammers want to try and go ahead and charge me 49.99.

Company is so proffesional! My son apply on VIBLO platform to make some AI video, he used my VISA card, and Viblo charged my account for monthley rate around 30$, but he did not do anything. I wrote email VIBLO team for support, and thay answered to me in a few day, that my money will be back on my account. We exchanged a few email, and I have got my cashback on my account.
I respect your company, because you are so profeasional, and you take care about your reputation in this time of cheat.
