I have been a Vodafone prepaid customer…

I have been a Vodafone prepaid customer for 9 years. All good until you have to talk to customer service! I have made more than 30 calls in 1 week and got nowhere. They have accidentally blocked my sim and have. Every time I called they told me the same thing that they had to request deactivation and that it would be done in 48 hours. After 48 hours still not reactivated so I called again and they told me the same thing! I was lucky when I was able to talk to the representative without the call disconnecting! Sounds like a joke. How can a company in this day and age provide such bad service? Almost to the point as they have planned to provide the worst service ever! I am usually persistent and persevere but have decided to switch to another more reliable provider. My advice, stay away. If you are bored and need some entertainment try calling their customer number.

Don't trust the vodafone customer care…

Don't trust the vodafone customer care regarding new contracts or changing of contracts. Some are good people but 97% people in customer care give wrong infos and even during the call they cancelled the calls intentionally.
Now a days vodafone is a very bad provider, 8 years before they were good one , I was acustomer for last 8 years. NOW really bad...

Do not go with Vodafone!

Horrible company! They steal money and give no good service. We’ve been with Vodafone for more than 2 years and only had problems. Internet not working or working at less speed than it should have, all the time. When you call them they say it looks all good but then you run a speed test and you see it is not true. You try to escape from them but they put you in cage with the excuse of the contract. They try any sort of little excuse to keep you with them and spend money for another infinite year. Customer service is useless. Apparently they like to have customer unhappy. Considering also the trust pilot reviews and the total score you can only see how the company care less than 0 about you.
