I am highly disappointed with my experience with UtiApparel. The dress I ordered was very low quality and massively oversized compared to standard sizing charts. To make matters worse, their returns policy is completely misleading. It did not make clear until I tried to send it back that I am expected to return the item at my own expense all the way to China, which costs nearly as much as the dress itself. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Do not order from them.
My order arrived after 3 weeks but was totally different to what I ordered as if they had made a replica of what I ordered in a cheap tacky material.
The design was totally different to shown and the material was not linen as stated but a cheap polyester.
After many emails to them it seems impossible to send back , also trying to contact them by the phone number and always no answer.
SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Utiapparel do not accept returns, despite what it says on their website. The product looked great in the photos but the dress are misshapen. I keep getting the same AI generated email requesting photos of me in the misshapen dress which I find highly inappropriate. About to throw the product away.

Do NOT BUY anything frm this seller. This is a SCAM. I paid online to buy a white dress. I got an irrelevant product instead. I have been begging, emailing for days to send the wrong item back and get my refund. They are not refunding my money. Telling me i need t opay again, and send teh worng item to China. Which does not guarantee refund. Do not never ever buy anything from them.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers - both way smaller than described and paper thin despite the cost. Have sent emails, as per their instructions, regarding a return but no response so far after 2 weeks. Tried calling the MOBILE number on the website - recorded message says "no-one available, please leave a message" but there is no way to leave a message. I assume I am therefore £60 out of pocket.

Do not use this company to purchase any order what they advertised is different to what gets delivered to your home. Quality and style of the dress I received are completely different. As well, I have enquiring for a full refund and return at their expense based on what stated on their policy but they are not providing this. My advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered two dresses of same size from Uti. One was far too small and the other far too large. I contacted Uti to return both and arrange a refund. They keep fobbing me off. Do not deal with this company.
And, by the way, the quality of the materials of both items was below my expectations.

As others have described on here, do not use this company! I ordered a mans t-shirt, the quality is shocking, looks nothing like the website. 4xl size is more like a regular medium. I am trying to return for a refund and they keep fobbing me off , disgraceful company !

I am trying to return goods which are far far too small. The company keep emailing with other offers of %refunds and the chances to keep the items....this has gone on for many multiples of e mails. They still have not sent the return address and keep prevaricating . They are an awful company to deal with and I would urge you not to buy from them. Has anyone managed to return goods and get a refund?

Believe the 1 Star reviews - wish I'd read them before ordering. Horrible quality garments that significantly do not match the photos or description, with a return policy that in no way resembles their website information. Do not buy from UtiApparel!

What I ordered and what I received is different products , designs is not same and quality is different don’t think I will order again, no point to return !

Awful! Dress ordered and took 6 weeks to arrive. Dress is nothing like the photo and it is very poor quality. I have asked and asked for a refund and they have stalled and delayed at every turn by offering small refunds and claiming it would cost me too much to send back. I agreed to a 75% refund 21 days ago and have still not had any money back. Do not buy from them, they are scammers!

Item of clothing I received was a very poor cheaply made copy of the picture on the website. Want me to pay for tracked shipping back to China before they will issue a refund, Item looks like something from Temu! DO NOT BUY from here!!!
