Ordered a flat cap, really impressed with the quality of the material and stitching. Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address i contacted Eirin customer services and they were so helpful in trying to resolve that, despite it not being their issue. Would definitely buy from here again.

I've only ordered earrings from this seller so far but was very impressed with the quality and the price. I love the look of the keffiyehs they sell so I'll probably place another order soon

Would also like to note that I had a tiny issue with my order where I initially received 1 pair or earrings when I'd ordered 2. Customer service were really helpful and responsive, I received the second pair very promptly and was happy with the experience

I bought my beautiful Keffiyeh from Eirin Apparel. It arrived really quickly and is of the highest quality . Absolutely love it , it wears well and doesn’t snag like cheaper copies. I also bought a beautiful Palestine brooch which I was so pleased with too. Great company highly recommended for all us activists ✊🏼🇵🇸

I love this firm as they are supporting Palestine. Thats why I chose to order my palestinian headcloth from them. They had a great range of colours and I enjoyed picking out mine - a desert colour. The kefiye arrived soon and is great. Thanks to all at Eirin Apparel

The items I bought were fantastic and prices were great also. Delivery was very quick. Absolutely love everything I have bought from Eirin Apparel. Service is fantastic, overall 1 very happy customer the quality of there items are fantastic also.

Do not order from this company is my advice.
Ordered two hats to Sweden.
Eirinn apparel promised quick delivery, three weeks later and it turns out eirinn apparel did not inform me I would have to pay vat and a handling fee to receive the package in Sweden so there was a 40 percent markup on the final price.
They know this happens but they don't tell you for obvious reasons.
I asked for a reimbursement and the answer was a flat out no.
If a company is not up front and honest that's bad, if a company says no refund or even a discount when you complain about incurring a 40 percent charge then they shouldn't be in business because that is just terrible customer service.
The response below is a little disingenuous, all small businesses selling into Sweden from a non EU country should be aware that their products are going to be taxed and a postal handling fee may apply.
If they stated this at the purchase of their products page on the website then at least a customer has a choice and there are no surprises, it also doesn't matter who gets the extra money it's about being upfront about the final cost. Implying they had no idea this could happen is frankly not credible in my opinion.
They actually asked me could this charge be vat and a postnord handling fee before I sent the screenshot so that shows some awareness on their part.

Products are mostly ai generated “art”. Pin that I ordered and received was nothing like what was advertised. Item was drop shipped straight from China.

I recently experienced an issue with my order that was shipped via Royal Mail. After noticing the problem, I reached out to Eirin for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response and willingness to help.

As soon as I brought the issue to their attention, they took immediate action to rectify the situation. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, providing clear updates and reassuring me that they were on top of it.

Not only did they communicate effectively, but they also went above and beyond by resending my order without any hesitation. I truly appreciated their friendly and helpful demeanour, which made the entire experience far more pleasant than I initially expected. Overall, Eirin's customer service exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued throughout the resolution of my issue.

This is definitely not what it is advertised as. I can only assume this is drop-shipping outfit or similar based in Belfast. Absolutely nothing like the website, very cheaply made Chinese rubbish. In fact, if you visit the Alibaba website and type in Newsboy Hat, the same hat that I’m writing a review of, including the very same pictures used on the Eirin Apparel website, are there and selling for £2.21 an item. Truly Irish! The company name is Yantai Hanyi Clothing Co., Ltd. item number 25SM8601.

There’s a button tag on the side that says “Jeans Jeans”, for whatever reason. The website photos clearly show an Eirin logo (this was a mistake, the logo is whatever the Chinese company had on their pictures but also what was received doesn’t resemble the one on the Eirin Apparel advertised item).

The quality and finish is very poor, the ‘rust’ colour does not bear any resemblance to the website pictures. It arrived folded and in a thin plastic bag, no protection or covering inside.

I cannot stress how bad the quality of this hat is. If this is their nod to Irish Heritage then they are doing a massive disservice to the country. That said I will assume that it has nothing to do with Irish Heritage and everything to do with making money off of an association that clearly doesn’t exist outside of their marketing.

Save your money, don’t buy from these scammers.

The Eirin Apparel website does show a branded button however, on finding the company on Alibaba that you purchased the product from, it is clear now that the branding is not Eirin. That being said, the button shown on both your pictures and the exact same pictures shown on the Alibaba web page (Yantai Hanyi Clothing Co., Ltd) are very different in both quality and style. If I could post pictures here I would, unfortunately I am unable to do so. However, I have taken photographs and screenshots and will post where I can.

With regards to scamming, you and I are both aware that these items are far from advertised and are not worth a penny of the money you are selling them for. A 53% 1 star reviewer rating says everything that needs to be said. You have received the photographs that I sent showing the absolutely abysmal quality of the item and yet at no time have you acknowledged this or even offered an apology.

Where are your products made? Where are they shipped from to customers? Why is your return address in Birmingham and why is there no return address listed of the site? Why do you pretend to be someone else when replying to emails? How is providing goods that are not as advertised, when the photographs are used as a part of the advertising, not scamming? Especially so when your whole website waxes about the Irish Heritage and design that is in each of your items yet they are bought job-lot from Alibaba.

A fabulous pair of caps . Really stylish and easy to wear . The customer service was absolutely outstanding when there was an issue with one of the orders . The problem was solved speedily with no fuss . I would highly recommend this company!

I ordered a brown Belfast crown, with the rust and spirit of the Belfast docks, I got a plastic feel very thin cap that looked nothing like it's sales pic, it also had a small leather tag and stud with stud saying usa style! (I'd bought a cap previously from a allegedly UK company for half the price when it turned up it is the same cap but it was delivered in a parcel with Chinese customs stamps and UK customs stamps!) I ordered a 2nd off eirin, as the Belfast crown heritage looked great,, different materials, tidy, sharp looking,,,,, BUT, when i did get it, and tried it on it will cut your circulation off, give u a headache it's a small fit with a elasticated headband , it looks like your wearing a circular cushion, it's just so badly made no shape to it, like the sales pics, at the front mines got a corner on one side, I paid £25 with post, I'd give them to a charity shop but I don't think they'd want them,,I'd honestly however "irish" you think you are KEEP your money in your pocket it's chinese crap sold as a quality Irish product which it is definitely not

Bought the *Men’s “Belfast Crown” Irish Flat Cap – Shipyard Green* from Eirin Apparel, and I have to say I was rather disappointed with the experience.

The item I received feels very much like a typical dropshipping product. The material doesn’t really match the description and feels quite cheap — closer to Temu/AliExpress quality. It’s certainly not what you’d expect for a £20 item.

* I ordered an “Irish Flat Cap”
* I received a different version called *“Belfast Crown Heritage+ Newsboy Cap”*
* This is not just a slight variation — it appears to be a completely different product in both name and positioning

There is nothing about this item that really justifies the use of the term “Irish heritage” — it comes across more as marketing language than anything else.

In fact, the actual value of the cap is probably around £5 at most.

On top of that, the original product page I ordered from has since been changed, and the old link now redirects to a different page with a different name and description.

Returning it isn’t really practical for me as I’m not in the UK, and shipping would cost nearly as much as the item itself.

If you’re considering buying from this store, I’d think twice before spending your money.

I ordered two caps. I would not say they are “quality” as I have bought better. They have an elastic expander around the hat to adapt for size. I don’t think that they are made in Ireland, although the company state that they are designed there. All in all, I am not really happy with them, and I wouldn’t advise purchase if you are looking for quality. I may yet return them. Not a good experience and will not purchase again!

Having just received a reply from the company, many weeks after the review, I feel that this shows their lack of Customer Care and concern. No mention of manufacturing base, just accepting that they may be returned. Their offer of helping with the return process is not good Customer Service. This tells me that their products are "Not Quality!"

Still waiting for delivery of earrings - order placed 9 days ago . No tracking number - starting to feel like this is a scam.

I love the caps I bought. Excellent quality and they look great.

Received my hat nothing like the photo I was looking at this is cheap looking material is nearly see through shouldn't be allow to sell these hats false advertising so disappointed and then if I want to return it I have to pay the postage don't trust what you see because it's not what you will recieve feel so let down because the picture of the hat looked really good but it's not what you'll recieve wasted £20 should referred to the trades description act majorly pissed off

Items never arrived . When I contacted them they replied give it a few more days. A month later and the items still haven't arrived. I contacted them 7 days ago and have not had a reply.
Definitely stay clear. .
