Thank you for your comments. Please accept my apologies for the non-receipt of your order.
It was despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on 28th April and should have been with you by 30th April.
There is no reason provided by the carrier for the delay, however, it does state that your order is out for delivery today 5th May between 10:15am and 1:15pm.
