Dealing with Luke from day 1 was great, I couldn’t have asked for a better person. He has helped me along the way although I haven’t taken my test yet I sure will be ready with all Luke’s advice. If anyone was thinking about using Train HGV I would highly recommend them. And I hope your lucky enough to deal with Luke just like I was

They were really helpful with the whole of my license application and the whole process, while also offering continuous support throughout, sending over forms on how to fill out the DVLA application forms and as well revision topics and other information to help.

I really rate train HGV has a company, and their staff are amazing.

If you’re looking todo you’re hgv licenses train HGV would be the place I’d 100% recommend Togo.

Avoid this company. They are not a real driving school just a third-party broker. They take your money, book training and retests months away because it’s cheaper for them, and delay your whole process while making a bigger commission. Very disappointing experience. Go to actual driving schools not these greedy brokers.

I send one email through their website and they got back to me straight away. Tom Jeffrey was so great and very helpful throughout the process, i will definitely recommend.

I broke my shoulder and have veen on the sick and medically unable to drive and theuve just taken my course off me, iv lost over £2800 because I can’t medically drive at the moment and theyre unwilling to do anything to help

TrainHGV has been very instrumental in my HGV process. Minimum deposit to get started, easy and understandable HGV theory revision materials provided online moreso, Will has been making follow ups on my progress and assists where necessary.

I have been training with TrainHGV, and I cannot speak highly enough of my Training Advisor, Lily Rowlands. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed throughout the whole process. She checks in with me daily, always keeping me fully updated on my progress and genuinely caring about how I’m getting on.

Even when I didn’t expect it, Lily still takes the time to call just to make sure I’m comfortable and confident with the course. When I was revising for my theory test and hazard perception, her encouragement and energy kept me motivated, even on the days when I found things tough. She always knows exactly what to say to build my confidence and keep me pushing forward toward my goal.

Lily is not just an advisor; she is supportive, kind, and truly one of the best mentors anyone could ask for. Her dedication makes all the difference, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone starting their HGV training. Thank you so much, Lily your support has been invaluable!

I can’t rate them highly enough so far, I was expecting the normal experience of paying the fee and having to navigate each stage with no help. In actual fact it has been the complete opposite, my training advisor William Goddard has explained everything to me with incredible care and attention, phoning me for regular check ins and updates. Always only a phone call or a text away for any queries or help I might require. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their HGV.

In my honest opinion, I am more than happy to write this review. The service has been absolutely amazing, customer service to a T.... great communication. Dealing with lily, customer service is top notch with regular calls to check on my progress and eager to answer any questions. Still quite early in the process but the revision material for the theory test is easy to use and really helps to learn. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, from easy to use revision materials to diligent and personable staff

Just in the first steps of getting my HGV but Tom has been a great help always has the answers to my questions and very informative
