Easy As HGV Reviews 

I started my class 2 practical training lunchtime on Monday and by 14:00 on Wednesday I had passed first time with no minors. This is all thanks to the training and support received. I can’t thank the team enough.

The way of passing information and training, with all the tests and case scenarios, presented in understandable and visual way is helping a lot even if English is not a first language or someone has never been involved in PCV driving and knowing the vehicle and rules. Also easy communication and always guiding for the next steps

I got in touch with Dylan from Easy As HGV wanting to start a new career, he guided me through the process and made it super simple and easy to complete. Extremely supportive and very kind it was an amazing experience. Within a few months I'm now fully qualified and ready to start a new chapter in my life.

Clearly an abomination of a company can't believe I booked my CPC through this company stay clear unless you can do the dates they give even telling you to reschedule your annual leave. Asked for refund to which I won't get.

*UPDATE*
After leaving this review the company has contacted me and the money is awaiting clearance by the bank. They rang me and thought I would be nice and play ball however they realising they picked the wrong customer. Why would I change my annual leave for my CPC to which they said thy could accommodate clearly they can't do this and for more money they would then provide the service. I still wouldn't use them.

Brilliant service.
Always keeping up to date with your progress and getting you onto the next stage asap.
Theory, cpc module 1, driving and practical test and cpc module 4 all done within a month.

Good customer service but was told it would only take me 2 to 3 weeks to do my module 2 and 4. However now ive been told I have to wait 6 weeks to do my module 4

Amazing! Super helpful and very fast. I smashed through the whole process before others in work who had started months before me. Everyone was very friendly also. Highly recommend.

Easy As HGV have helped both my children to pass thier HGV tests, in their very early 20,'s.
Everything was organised efficiently but with no pressure. Helpful, knowledgeable people at the end of the phone and email. Training was well organised and efficient. Great instructors and good learning environment. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to pass their HGV

Everyone at EasyAsHGV were fantastic, from start to finish any questions or taking the next step after completing the course bit by bit, they were fantastic, I was lucky enough to have Ollie as my go to person and again he was amazing, helped me out if I was stuck with anything or taking the next step, would highly recommended to anyone wanting to start their HGV career definitely use EasyAsHGV.

The instructor explained things to us in a really good manner and it was a bit of humour as it was a long Course but in the end it all sun came and we passed the coast but very good experience regards Richard

It was so easy to get onto and you found the right course and any problems or questions you answered them also you was made welcome

Good to be able to do the coarse at home and the coarse was delivered brilliantly.

They always call you to take your money and after that they don't pick up your calls please please avoid such people.

Quick to take your money, long process to give it back. Once you ask for a refund they will “take 5 working days to acknowledge your request and then 28 working days to respond to which then within14 days you’ll receive your refund”
If you decide to request a refund after the 1st month then say bye bye to 70% of your money.
Customer service is alright depending on who you speak to
I requested my refund on the 13th May 2026, will update when I receive it.

I had a really good experience with Easy As HGV. They helped guide me through all the stages of getting my HGV licence, and overall the process was smooth and well organised. Everything was clearly explained, and they made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.
The only thing I would say is that I wish there had been a bit more regular communication, like checking in step by step to see how I was getting on throughout the process. That extra support would have made the experience even better.
Overall though, I’m happy with the service and grateful for the help in getting me through to my licence.

Easy as HGV were brilliant from start to finish, I mainly spoke with Shaneil and Michael and they were fantastic, both really supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend using Easy as HGV

This company made the whole experience fantastic. Arranged the theory test, cpc case studies, and cpc reversing test and test all instructions where just great.
