I ordered for my son for 1st time and it got lost in delivery .When I contact customer services they replace everything asap and got delivered within 7days .Also my son loves the tshirt we first bought it at Costco last year since then we only buy true classic bec of the perfect fitting and never change in size especially after many times laundry.Its worth money and quality too

The first time I ordered a bundle of 3 Tees L size and I loved them. Perfect fit, great material and felt good I ordered a second bundle of 3 again which included white Tshirt, all L size and did not wear white for a while as I wanted that for a special occasion. The day I wore it, I was extremely disappointed as it was oversized and loose fit with longer sleeves compared to the others I ordered, all still being the same size L, which I still don't understand how? Now I want to order more but skeptical because of this incident

Dropped in for the first time today at the Stonebriar Plano Mall. Jeff, the manager, helped us the entire time. I thought it was just another clerk. So helpful. We weren't going to buy anything and he talked to send to getting the jeans that we needed. And he helped us order another pair online.

Great product by the way. Soft and stretchy but it fits just like regular jeans. My husband loves them.

Great quality shirts and great customer support team! Do want to say the shirts run a little small so I would order a size bigger than normal. I ordered the same size shirt I regularly wear and they fit great out of the package, washed in cold water and hung dry but they still shrunk. I emailed the company and they worked with me to solve the problem, the next size up fit absolutely amazing after being washed!! I will be a life time customer, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I did not have a very good experience with True Classic, both in terms of the customer service and the delivery of the product, and also the actual product itself.

At the end of July, I placed an order for six T-shirts. I live in Ireland, and although some things can take a day or two longer for delivery than in other places that I've lived in, there have rarely, if ever, been any delivery issues. About a week after that, I received a single T-shirt. The original package had been sent in multiple instalments, so I was expecting the second containing five T-shirts to arrive. It didn't.

2-3 weeks later, I got in touch to say that I have not received the rest of my order, and their immediate response was to send me the order again. I thought that was a little bit concerning, but at the same time, I appreciated the speed at which they replied. They clarified the address and resent the order. A week later, I have still not received either package, and I could see from the tracking myself that clearly something was wrong because they were not even remotely close to where they should be in Ireland.

I was in touch with the team again, and yet again, their solution was simply to send me more T-shirts. For me, that's concerning from an environmental perspective and also just in general, a waste perspective, because they seem incredibly happy to just keep throwing more T-shirts at this problem, when in fact the issue is clearly the logistics one. Their only solution, which they then went back on themselves, was that you could potentially send to the UK, as I live quite near the Northern Ireland border, but that didn't seem to be something they were able to follow through on.

As of today, I have received one T-shirt, and I think somewhere in the region of 18 T-shirts have been sent to me. I was really disappointed with the tone of the customer service. It's almost quite a dismissive tone, and they are being falsely optimistic and upbeat about the situation. It's incredibly frustrating whenever you have to put quite a lot of time into responding to such service. Also, the one T-shirt I did receive, frankly, is not terribly good quality. I find it is somewhat comfortable, but compared to most of our T-shirts I've worn, it's not remotely as nice to wear. I can tell already that it's going to stretch because I don't think the material is particularly good quality.

Overall, not very impressed, disappointed. As of today, I have still not received more than one T-shirt.

I bought 10 classic tees. They were actually quite good expensive. So I thought I was going to receive a good quality product. I’m not very impressed with the quality of the shirts. They are very thin, almost sheer. Better quality and thicker material from Carhartt or Edie Bauer in my opinion. I will not waste my money again on this product.

I was recommended these shirts from a few friends. Today I took the plunge and ordered 3 white and 3 black Tee's. I somehow double ordered by accident. I clicked support and explained on an email what happened. Within minutes they reversed charges order and charges were reversed. Just so easy to support me as a customer. Love it. I hope I love my new shirts just as much.

What great customer service! I honestly haven’t had such fast, solution-based, and human experience in a while. I’ll be sure to keep this in mind when I order my fall clothes.

Issue with the fit on a couple of the shirts i received. They immediately sent replacements after i made them aware. These shirts are by far the nicest and the price makes it even better.

Everyone makes mistakes on clothing sizing when ordering online. Surprisingly, the return procedure was much easier than expected. I simply had to drop the items off at a location near to me. That's it! I will definitely do business with this company again.

Simple review, really. I've been wearing True Classic tees for years now, because of fit, feel, and quality. I hate the stains and stretching that happen in the collar area of a tee, but that's just wear and tear that can't be avoided. The quality of True Classic tees keeps them looking great for as long as I would expect of any brand, and the fit and cut make for the best looking/fitting tee I've found. And the one time I've not liked a selection I've made, they kicked me down a return label in no time. They're my brand of choice, the end.
