In fact I had misjudged the situation as I had expected the watch dial to be a lighter blue than it actually was, which was my mistake. Timex Waterbury Pan Am Automatic
I have been looking for a Timex Waterbury Pan Am Automatic that has been out of stock everywhere including the Timex website.
It was £300 pounds on the Timex website when it finally came back in stock but was not discounted - so imagine my surprise in finding the watch here for £216. I was expecting an import fee on the doorstep, but no that was the full price. Watch is perfect and came with the correct box and tags. Very happy with this site - can't recommend them enough.

Do not buy from them if you're UK based. Expensive delivery, and super expensive return as they won't pay for duties and import. You have to send via courier, and ended it up costing me 50 pounds... Not worth it to try on a pair of sunglasses!

Great experience
Shipping was prompt given that it was shipped overseas and came by a reliable service. Price was unmatched. The watch arrived in pristine condtion...obviously brand new. Packaging was impeccable. I had some initial questions about the watch status in respect to battery charge, time sync and audio beeps. Satisfied in the end
The first part of the process was disappointing and stressful, but in the end they came through and I am satisfied. Communication could definitely improve but they were very efficient once they committed.
Delivery time stated at purchase was 1–2 days but several weeks went by without receiving the watch I ordered. Communication with customer service was frustrating, which made me lose trust and led me to write a strongly negative review here.
However, after posting my review, they reached out, we were able to communicate and finally resolved the issue. I had to choose a new watch since the one I had ordered was no longer available, and it was delivered within just a few days in Portugal and in perfect condition.

Surprised about it being real
I live in New Zealand. I bought a watch from them not knowing it was from another country. The shipping was for free. I have to admit that after payment I thought I was scammed because of the free shipping.
But then many things didn't make sense for it to be a scam.
The watch arrived 10 days later to my house. I am pleased to say that it is the fastest international shipping I ever had. And incredibly, for free.
I'm very surprised and I would buy again from them.
