Above and beyond, excellent customer service

​I was really impressed when Fabio reached out almost immediately after I ordered to confirm I still wanted to proceed, given the extreme tariff situation. I genuinely appreciate that kind of proactive "looking-out." That level of service, combined with other positive reviews, made it an easy decision to keep doing business with him.

​Shipping & Extras:
The shipment arrived quickly, and he even included a sample of lemonbalm and passiflora tea mix, which was a nice touch.

​Product Quality:
The mulungu itself is very good. One thing I noticed right away is that it dissolves quickly, even in cold water. The dry carrier enters suspension easily without any of the clumping you sometimes get with these extracts.

​Effects:
While I haven’t strictly timed the onset of the anxiolytic effects, it seems to kick in right around the 30-to-60-minute mark. I’ve been using it both for sleep and to help manage anxiety while at work, and the results have been great. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the company.

I did not realize that overseas packages to Thailand are subject to import laws and fees. The paperwork just to get a package from overseas via your shipping (Fedex) is terrible. It is so onerous that I will probably have to abandon the package. I doubt that Fedex will do a "return to sender" due to cost.

Otherwise your service seems excellent!

The owner is more than a pleasure to deal with. There was a complication with the shipping but they reshipped it instantly and added a bunch of freebies.

I was referred by my friend who swears by their Mulungu, but unfortunately it didn't work well for me. My girlfriend has used it for sleep and she says it's very effective.

The free sample of catuaba extract has been very effective for stable energy. I'm on my fourth day and I hope that nothing changes.

Great products, and great service, I appreciated that I was also given a wealth of information on how to use them properly as opposed to just having them unceremoniously dumped on my doorstep. Will shop again even with dumb tariffs

The price could be double other places and the extra that comes with it, would be worth it.
But it's not double, it's a fraction of what others charge, for top quality products and service
The knowledge, time, patience and generosity displayed by Fabio is beyond comprehension.
Plants are powerful and I think people can take that for granted.
I explained why I was ordering what I did and was very humbled to not only receive some sage advice, but some samples of other products that would likely be better for our needs.
