On time, installed, excellent service
Sean and Elvis were excellent to deal with. Put together the garden furniture in 20 minutes, took all cardboard with them and no messing. Very pleasant experience overall, delighted with new furniture, thanks lads, great experience.

Pagoda Fit & Delivery of Outdoor Couch
We had a pagoda and outdoor couch fitted and delivered by Sean and Elvis this morning. The lads arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to go. I had to head off to work so had a quick chat and left them to it. They left the place spotless and did an outstanding job. I’m never going to leave my garden now!! Thank you, such beautiful product and a fit well done.

Fabulous furniture / great delivery service.
Had seen a gorgeous piece of furniture in Orchard and was delighted to get it on sale recently. Joanne was extremely helpful in arranging the order and the delivery service team was excellent. Sean & Elvis called in advance to confirm delivery time, and were courteous, and efficient throughout. Everything was handled very professionally and I was very happy with the service.

2nd time to buy quality outdoor furniture from the Orchard, the delivery lads were the same as before, they arrived within the time slot assembled the table and took away all the packaging making sure i was happy with everything before they left.

Laura in The Orchard was very friendly and helpful when I was ordering garden furniture. Delivery was due to take about a week but ended up coming within 3 days of the order and was handled very efficiently by the delivery team.
