I am disappointed on how long the product took to be delivered. This wasn’t clear when I purchased that it would take that long. There should be something on the website with estimated arrival time based on the product that you purchased.

The shoes fit my very wide and swollen feet, which is extremely hard to find !

I did not like that of the several pairs I ordered, none fir properly. I, unfortunately, have very wide feet due to bunions. My feet measure over 4" across at the bunions. I can get the 4th pair on, but my bunions stick out like a sore thumb and they're red, too. I've taken to wearing a men's size 10 water shoe as that's the only size that doesn't begin to hurt my feet for several hours, then i just switch to socks.
Your service is great. Here quickly, replacements also. i just cant wear your shoes.

Ordered these for my mum. She has diabetes and struggles to find shoes wide enough and comfortable for her swollen feet. She found these to be really comfortable and the customer service was really helpful in sorting out an exchange for us

Got my new shoes and fit and feel great. Did take a bit longer to get shipped to me. But they arrived in perfect condition.

The customer service team is fantastic. The shoes are very comfortable to walk in and roomy enough for wide or swollen feet. There are so many styles of shoe to choose from, all of excellent design. The soles are non-slip. The shoes feel great wearing them all day. The women’s FlowCore V2 shoes feel like walking on a cloud.

So far my feet are feeling better.
I got these as work shoes because my last pair were hurting my feet.
The delivery was pretty fast, the comfort of the shoe is pretty good so far.
The insoles are comfortable had to add another insole to my left shoe my in step was rubbing.
So far so good.

Wasn't expecting the shoes to be much at that price,but pleasantly surprised at the fit and quality

Shoes were loose on my feet. Feet moved way too much. On a good note: when I took them off at night my feet were not swollen. Maybe a smaller size in the future.

I just make a order from website thefitville.com but accidently i put in the wrong shoe size in and place the order. after find out what mistake i made, i just put in issue order in to correct it, it works out for me pretty quick!

Fit very well, it is waterproof! It keeps my feet dry during early morning round of golf.

I got these shoes expecting more comfort and having a wider toe box, but these are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've owned. Usually I can stand on my feet all day no problem with Nike Monarchs. Fitville shoes had me fatigued within an hour. Unable to stand after 4 hours. There's no comfort guarantee there's no way to return them after you try them because they are supposed to be returned unworn. Days later I'm still feeling the effects of wearing these shoes. I truly feel like I wasted my money trying these.

Shoes were nice, wide enough and the correct size. Unfortunately was not able to wear them due to foot swelling. Returning overseas too expensive.

As far as the shoes go, so far so good. The delivery was totally unacceptable. They threw the package out of their vehicle and on the steet in front of my house. A man driving by saw them. He picked up the package and brought it to me.

Shoe comfort.

My shoes took forever to come, and when they did the left shoe seems different to the right. It’s uncomfortable but wearable.
The company offered to supply me another pair at an agreed fair price but then changed to USD instead of Australian currency. This meant a large increase on agreed price.
The so called “slip in fit” kind of worked but now the heel just folds in and you have to pull it out when putting on.
Bottom line: buy elsewhere, I’m very disappointed.
