The shoes fit comfortably and toe area sometimes it needs to be a little tighter with the slip-ons

a return label to return the other

Purchased and received my first pair of The FitVille shoes. Shoes were delivered on time and were exactly what was promised, however they weren't as comfortable for me as I had hoped.

Y’all Doing great I got a pair with one strap instead two strap this time so the a little tighter then I expected but so far so good I love the shoes in there comfortable I maybe should got 6e instead 4e but that’s my fault not there’s

I hadn’t tried Fitville before this order. I was surprised at the truly great fit on my wide feet. I bought 2 pair of athletic type shoes and both are comfy & stylish

I did want to tell you… My son who purchased your shoes and like them enough to refer me to you… But he purchased two pair and had a problem with the second pair and has been trying to get a hold of you guys… Without any answer or attention to the problem? Wow, great shoes… but customer service?

I thought it was advertised as a slip
In and no laces. This shoe had laces and with a bad back I could not tie it.I am 89 and cannot repack and goto a post office .It was a bit too tight anyway. Gave it to my caregiver who was shipping to a relative in Jamaica as a gift A waste of money.

Received the wrong size shoe and they resolved the issue quickly

Had pain in both feet for 3 weeks or more. Really painful by the end of the working day. Shoes arrived, wore them for the first day, no pain all day. Amazing. I have these for work. Going to buy a couple of different pairs for casual wear. Great product. Highly recommend them.

I have bought numerous pairs of sneakers and have never had an issue with fit or color. I HAVE EVEN RECOMENDED FITVILLE to other people Only one question Why don't you have more colors and styles in women's and more colors too like color
White and navy and hiking shoes or boots in women's too

The shoes I ordered were too big for me but the team at Fitville couldn’t do enough to help with an exchange or refund. As soon as I took the parcel to the post office I received a full refund within minutes.

Beyond sketchy customer service! Shoes did not fit as advertised but otherwise seemed of decent quality. But the runaround and poor return process gets one star forever!
