This company made me believe they were delivering a jumper I had purchased, but it never arrived. I initially had some contact with them and they gave me a customer service number to call but it would never connect. After numerous attempts at further contact I gave up and put a dispute in for the purchase with my bank. Thankfully it was successful and I was given a refund. I wouldn’t use this company ever again

SCAM!AVOID IT! My order arrived absolutely different from the advertised! No size, no cloth tag, poor quality, synthetic material. They offer discount for the item, but it is not worth.
Bad experience with misleading advertising! Report it!

Purchased 6 items- Quality disgraceful, fulfilled all their criteria to return items and zero feedback.
All they have is one email address and refuse to reply. DO NOT Order from this SCAM WEBSITE. I’ll take this as far as I can.

All the ladies that have lost money on ordered dresses that are cheap knock off's, please report them to the authority ACCC.
Companies like these give Australia a BAD name & must be punished for their scams.

Website is a front for an overseas scam. Item I got was of SHEIN quality- will not provide full refund and said I was the one who had to pay $24.95USD to return item to china. Have reported to the ACCC. DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!

I am really disappointed with this purchase. The dress was delivered 10 days after I placed the order, and the item I received is completely different from the pictures on the website. The quality is very poor, and the original tag is missing or appears to have been cut off and no response from customer service for returns.

Tessa bayside is a scam business not sure which country they are operating from. Do not order anything it’s a scam. No labels on clothing or sizes. It’s an inferior copy of a picture. The product I received I would not even donate it. It’s for the bin.

All I can say is don’t order from this scam site.

I received my months after I ordered but the quality is very poor doesn’t look like what they are advertising, one of those cheap scammers companies, be aware don’t buy . The quality is very bad .

Absolute scam site. Dress I ordered is just a cheap Temu rip off. Have emailed the company multiple times and they have tried to make me pay to return the goods. After 4 emails (each one offering a further 10% refund) they have stopped answering my emails.

Company is falsely advertised as being in Melbourne - clothing is of poor quality and does not match what you have ordered. Wish I read these reviews first.
I have reported this site to the ACCC.

The item was shipped from china not Melbourne where the store is advertised as located.
I ordered a wool jacket. What I received was not wool. It looked like printed nylon and was awful.
Don’t buy from here. I’m waiting to hear from them ref returning goods but I want hold my breath

This business does not warrant even one star. The items I received did not match the items on the website. In fact, the 2 ordered items were such poor quality and in no way resembled the items on the website. This shop is not based in Melbourne; the items I received came directly from the factory floor, all the way from Korea. Stay very far away and do not order. I am so annoyed for not looking at product reviews first so I am posting this in the hope you all avoid donating over $100 for crap bits of fabric off the factory floor. Buyer Beware! They also talk about a 30 day returns guarantee, but I have emailed them to find out how to do this but they do not respond. WARNING WARNING FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!

This is a scam this took three weeks to chase up continuously being told product was coming and offered 10 % of next purchase , when I received was totally different product to what I ordered and mis made and cheap fabric buyers beware

AVOID.SCAM. Poses as australian company actually based in US. Goods never received ordered 7 weeks ago. Will report to ACCC. Their emails are unreadable, total crooks.

Delivery was great. I received updates throughout and knew exactly when to expect my parcel.

The dresses were poorly made. Postage took longer than said. And cannot contact anyone. And I wanted a refund and poor customer service. Still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this shop

Rubbish! Wish I'd read Trust Pilot before purchase. Don't buy from this outfit.

Do NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered a dress weeks ago for a wedding. Still have not got it, I have had to order a new one elsewhere as there is no sign of it and the tracking data stopped dead on August 12, so there is zero indication of when it’ll arrive. If at all. Do not buy from here, it’s a scam. I’ve asked for a refund and of course - the correspondence goes dead.

The shoes I ordered were supposed to be woven genuine leather, what I received was molded cheap vinyl synthetic, of very poor quality.
These shoes did not look like the ones pictured on their site. When I asked for a refund, I was offered a 10% discount. This solution is unsatisfactory. Do NOT purchase from this site - SCAM SCAM SCAM
