Awful experience. I received shirts that were of grossly inferior quality and did not match the shirts advertised online, either in fabric, appearance or even the color. Everything was off and the shirts are unwearably bad. And they then refused to allow me to return them and issue a full refund, in violation of their return policy.

Beware of this seller and do not make the same mistake.

The quality of the fabric does not look anything like the online advertisement. The fabric is cheap polyester and the company refused to give a refund. This is a bait and switch site.

I guess I should have read these reviews before. I only looked at the ones on their site. Bought 3 dresses. All totally different than what it looked like on the site. Very poor quality. I have been trying to return but they are either offering 15% refund or 25% store credit. That is to buy more bad quality products. Very disappointing and will never shop again.

I thought i was purchasing a quality sweater. The sweater that arrived was Temu quality and should have had a much lower price tag.

It took two months to get the dress I ordered in and it looks nothing like the picture. The material is cheap. For a $70 dress you would expect better.

Do not order from this site! Their "Easy returns.." is not true. My order was not as described on the site. Shoddy quality fabric, sloppy construction, and no fabric label as required in the US. The only options for return are mailing to China at significant expense, or a partial refund despite their misleading advertising. There are other reviews with the same complaints, so SAVE YOUR MONEY and order from a site with a good Trust Pilot rating and positive reviews. The FTC should investigate and block this company from advertising in the US!

I was so optimistic for the products I received and what I received was absolutely horrible!!! The material was supposed to be 100% cotton, it was polyester. The stitching was horrible! The clothes looked NOTHING like was advertised. I asked or a refund and they said the could give me 15% or a store credit. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

The denim in the picture is deceiving. It is not denim. I guess I didn't read what it was made out of. I come from an era where what you see is ehat you get. This is some type of polyester. Very disappointed .

Dress didn't take long to get to me and was of quality. The dress does run a little small so I'd say not true to size.

I purchased a shirt and skirt thinking they were an American distributor because I have ordered Shein and Temu before and products were rip off. When review shipping coming from China looked up outfit and is on Shein. When received item didn't even look close to skirt and shirt. It was supposed to have a see through section was made from cheap silk material that looks like a moo moo when on. They refuse to refund item only option to replace with different item I don't want and pay for the shipping. It is the cheapest material and looks nothing like photo.Also expensive. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE CLOTHING FROM SHEIN AND TEMU BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THEY ARE BUYING THEM. JUST GO ON SITE AND PURCHASE YOURSELF.

Do not buy from here! They don’t deliver what you order and won’t refund it will make you pay for refund costs to China. Item is not quality like in picture. It is cheap imitation.

Don't buy from this company. I asked for a refund 3 times and I kept getting the same email over and over. I received the clothes and they were cheap. I asked again for a refund or some way to return the merchandise and nothing. No one ever answered. I sent the clothes back and all I get is please leave feedback. If I could leave zero stars, I would. And I never got a refund. This company is a scam.

These clothes are not real linen. Cheap and not what they said they were. Way to expensive for what they are. Not happy at all with my purchase.

They say on their website a refund with in 30 days of purchase. I wanted a full refund. The outfit was made out of this weird material and was so cheap looking. Out of 65 dollars all I got was 9 dollars back. Don't order from them!

The dress was way too big. I am trying to return it. But they first required me to send pictures. I did that several times days ago but they are not getting back to me after several days. Unacceptable!

If there would be an option for negative feedback they would be champions! Not worth even 1 star! Total scam!!! Don’t fall for it! I feel very stupid for not looking up the reviews… The product doesn’t look anything like the picture. Something that was described as a linen set turned out to be 100% polyester and didn’t look anything like the picture! When asked for return label they asked for pictures what’s wrong with the product… I already made peace with the fact that I will never recover the money I payed…

I'm upset with myself for not having read these reviews prior to purchasing a pair of pants. I'm also upset with Pinterest for continuing to advertise their shoddy products. Customer service stinks, I can't think of a better word. The pants are poorly constructed and don't match the image they use to advertise...jeez, how much worse does it get? Don't do it is all I have to say.

I still have not received my order!

Horrible customer service. False advertising of high end clothing. Took months to arrive then it was the quality of a sweatshop with sleeves abnormally long, thin low quality material sizes are not even close to being true to size. They refused a refund. They refused to send me anything else. Offered me 20% of my $200 spend back and have sent 10+ emails with empty promises of sending my money back. It’s been 5 months now and I never received my money back.
