I should have gotten free shipping.
I was in charge of ordering my children's class football shirts. I allowed enough time that we would get free shipping. We live in Switzerland. I was not able to complete the purchase because Switzerland was not an option for shipping in Europe. So I had to contact customer service and wait for 5 days before I got an answer to ask if they ship to Switzerland. At that point I had to pay sf 20 for shipping for them to arrive in time. It upset me and all the other parents because the price I told them was 24 euros. In the end we ended up paying 33.50 per shirt. Why would you have a separate website for Switzerland? So you can charge more money?
If you posted on you website that Swiss customers need to go to the Swiss website I would have saved sf20 on shipping.

7-day delay on delivery
After quality, the most important part for a business like this is delivery. Most people order here because they have an event coming up with no flexibility. Unfortunately, I'm sitting here looking at a 7 day-delivery delay on the company's proposed delivery date -- need to go buy other jerseys for the tournament. This is unacceptable - no costumer service at all - no follow up and and zero empathy for missing out on their own delivery terms. People: if you have strict deadline do NOT use this company.

Late delivery, lot of troubles

Late in the delivery that made me in troubles with my sponsors and I had to do a lot of moves because of that.
Several stops in the production, I had to make calls with the team,that cost me a lot of money.

Misleading presentation of the printing methods: the actual process details only appear after the order is placed. Despite the issue being clearly pointed out, there was no willingness to reconsider their position. Under these conditions, they should be prepared to face the negative publicity generated by dissatisfied customers.

Different color (t-shirt and design) between men and women t-shirt
I received 18 t-shirts (men women and kids) and the men’s t-shirts were not the same than the others. The White color and the design was not the same.
The solution proposed by the customer service was not acceptable for me because I wouldn’t pay twice the t-shirts if the shipment wouldn’t arrive before the 12th of May.
A Quality check before sending the products wouldn’t arrive be necessary
