The sizes were very misleading and…
The sizes were very misleading and because of that, the t-shirt we ordered did not fit the person.
I looked at the measurements for each size and was surprised that I was recommended to choose an XS for a man, with measurements that are usually those of an M for men. Trusting those measurements, I ordered the XS, which ended up being to small for my husband.. Such a disappointment and loss of time and money!

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. The bot on the website is extremely annoying and not helpful at all. People replying on email also not helpful and blaming the customer for their own mistakes. I wanted to get an invoice, couldn't order for company because of their website bug or bad UX, it was deleting my info and not letting me proceed with required fields filled out. They had a problem with sending the invoice after. Clothes and print turned out to be ok (didn't wash yet), but won't order again because of the bad experience.

Custom charges!
My order just arrived and there were customs charges I was unexpectedly required to pay upon delivery.
The website explicitly states: "Keine weiteren Steuern, Zölle und Gebühren" (no additional taxes, duties, or fees). Still I now need to pay import customs duties by the Swiss customs authority.
I wrote to Spreadshirt's customer service, I'll post updates when and if available.

Slow shipping
The negative part I find on this site is the shipping times, it took more than a month to arrive, and in addition I also had to pay the customs clearance costs. I thought the shirts were made in Switzerland. to know it I would have chosen another website

Dissapointed with printing quality
The image colors and transparencies were completely different than the image I uploaded.
My image was sharp and full of vibrant colours, but the print came out blurry, as if not all the colours had finished printing.
