The Teufel Theater 500S has excellent build quality, and the sound is incredibly beautiful. Clear, balanced, and enjoyable — a pleasure to listen to.

Super sound. In combination with samsung s25ultra and routines, you can easily make it a super wake up radio to play whatever you want in the morning.
The sound is great, it is like standing on a big party.

Ordered the ULTIMA 20 Surround + Yamaha RX-V4A "5.1-Set. More gut feeling than knowing it would be great. Read some good reviews.

The order process was simple. Shipping went quick. Minor issue was that the cables came 2 days later than the system. Next time they should just stick them on one of the bigger boxes with tape ;-)

Connected everything and tried it out. Clear and warm sounds, everything works great. The look (ordered the White Ultima 20 boxes) is amazing. Modern and clean look. Makes the room look better ;-)

Teulel 3 sixty is dead. very disapointing! for me no more Teufel!!!
To repair a almost new 3 sixty is to expensief for me. I am disapointed in the quality.

Teufel LUX soundbar. I have been Fan of Teufel since I first heard the sound of the surround speakers set at my brothers house. This is why I bought the LUX soundbar. I called it "Hell Machine 4" because it is the 4th I have. The service of Teufel is excellent electronics are a disaster. The machine has its own life and does what it wants. Starts at night, stops out of nothing, don't react to the remote control etc. I very regularly need to hard restart to get it running again. Bluetooth earbuds survived the warranty period and died. I am quite convinced speakers are still good, I would advise not to buy electronics from Teufel.

Overall, the product is quite good. When listening through hdmi cable the sound is good and clear. When using Bluetooth connection, you can hear the difference and that does not mean better. Sound quality is totally different and increase in volume is necessary. Sometimes there is even a delay between what you see and hear which is very annoying.

Another thing which is lacking is the proper instruction for connecting the devices. You will need to search the web for videos as the manual does not state the proper way to connect the subwoofer and the speakers.

Pity you cannot order from Germany and you are forced to pay more because you need to use the Dutch website. Even the shipping is more expansive and it should not be.

To summarise if you look for less expensive soundbar, speakers and subwoofer then this is ok to purchase, just do not pay the full price and wait for discount. It is not worth the full asking price.

Teufel is an allround, phenomenon. It all starts with trust. Teufel trusts you to try out their products in your own home for 8 weeks. And you can trust Teufel, to refund you your money, if you are not enamoured by their sound, within that time. Their service within that time, prior and after it, is truly exemplary. They are so helpful, so involved in giving you the best experience. Helpful, in the know and able to inform your purchases. Returning products they make so easy. And they send products to you so quickly. But most vital, is the quality of their sound. I can vouch for the amazing Ultima series. Crisp and clear sound. Powerful. Warm. Full. Detailed. Yet not overbearing. And I can say that the whole package from beginning to end with and from Teufel, is worth every cent, especially because Teufel does not overcharge. In fact Teufel is more than very reasonable! Highly aesthetically pleasing designs, strong materials and phenomenal sound. All round, from their center speaker, to their tall front towers, to their bookshelf surround speakers, and their Atmos Reflekt adjustable units. As well as their mindblowing Bass subwoofer 6000s. Beautiful to see them, and see how great they sound. You hear every detail, and you are drawn in to feel your music, or the soundtrack of your movie, Translike, focused, listening, rather than blasted out of your seat. I can strongly recommend getting to know Teufel. In every way. All round! Phenomenally. Thank you, Teufel. You helped me set up my 7.1.6 Dolby Atmos home cinema and music studio. And I know I'll be back. Because I feel safe, to take the time, and make my choice with Teufels trust and support. Happy New Year!

Money received well in time

I bought the Radio One as a replacement for my 20 year old Grundig clock radio.
The sound is good but....
- Too much bass.
- Poor quality when receiving FM radio stations, always noise, even with the antenna fully extended.
- DAB+ reception moderate/poor, even with the antenna fully extended.
- Not possible to wake up with DAB+ after three seconds, it switches over to the built-in melody.
- Snooze mechanism works strangely and does not work intuitive
- Today apperently the radio station which was selected did not give any "sound". The radio alarm went off, but it was silent....

After every time displaying the wrong day. I decided to upgrade the system. This went wrong. The system is not starting up again.
Don't buy this system!

Just got an email that they could not deliver. The whole fam was at home. Also no note in our paper mail box just the email. So they did not even try and just bring it all to collection point to save time. Very bad service from UPC. Its a shame these days where other can so much better.

Top denon receiver en dual platenspeler met bijbehorende boxen en kabels. Super tevreden. Ook de levering was 'duivels' goed.

Chosen the Optima 20 Kombo, a fine stereo set.
Nice designed receiver and comes with excellent beautiful loudspeakers. The sound is above my expectations.
This product is absolute to be recommended.

At first I ordered the Kombo 11, however a day later I changed my mind and contacted the support team. Sinclair Rhemrev many thanks for your support and patience.

I bought the Cubycon Impaq Easy early this year via the Teufel webstore.
Three days later I got the whole package via a smooth delivery.
I installed the system together with a Sony Bravia TV 2 weeks ago.
The installation was done without problems.
The Cubycon Impaq Easy produces a wonderful sound and is working perfectly together with the TV set.
All by all, I am a 100% satisfied user of an excellent Teufel system.

I bought the Real Blue NC Headphones about 3 years ago for the first time. After 1,5 year they broke (right earshell broke off). I called, they replaced it immediately. So far so good.
1 years and 9 months further down the line with the new headset, the exact same break. I call, they refused to help. It was promised that an e-mail would be sent to me, nothing.
I still paid a very high price for headphones that broke twice at the same spot, then have no help from the service desk and it is not even considered to repair or replace them. Disappointing and frustrating.

Update: @teufel audio. Checken the mail box, spam, everything. Cannon find any mail as response. Please resend.

Bought Cinebar Lux - the top of the line speaker from Teufel for EUR 800. Tried to connect with my Samsung TV, but the bluetooth connection does not work, the TV does not see it. Spent countless hours reading manuals and online forums, but no help. Called Teufel customer support, their response was - "yes this is normal, some TVs don't recognize it" - Come one! You know about this problem and don't do anything about it!!?
They suggested that I should buy an HDMI cable to connect it - sorry, after paying double compared to what I would have paid for BOSE you tell me to go and buy a cable!!

Really dissapointed!
