The company doesn't care about their customers
The first impression was super, which was later spoiled by unprofessionalism and impudence of top-shelf support.
Our kitchen was ordered to the pickup warehouse in Berlin and delivered in 3 days, we were very happy about this until the moment when upon collection of the order we found an incorrectly sent part, namely the back panel of the wrong color!
We immediately contacted them by phone and they told me to email them. It was Friday afternoon. By the time we brought the kitchen home and unloaded it, it was already evening and I immediately wrote them an email during their working hours, to which they answered only on Monday.
We had a kitchen assembly order for wednesday and i asked them to send this part in the correct color by expedited shipping.
How stupid I was that I thought they would try to make amends for their mistake and do it! except for an apology on the phone from the lady, I received nothing more! client manager or whatever, replied to my email that wrong detail was shipped, verbatim : That's annoying....
in the end, they refuse to deliver this part to my home, since I originally ordered delivery to a pickup warehouse! the fact that this happened by their mistake they do not care, just as they do not care and the fact that it will cost me again money to hire a big car, my time, and extra fees for installing the front panel, since the kitchen was assembled!
only today (10.05), 11 days after the first email, I managed to get them to call me and set a collection time at the pickup warehouse. although this part, according to the so-called support, has been at the collection point since Thursday(05.05).
it's a pity that such a cool site and the company does not care about its rating and reputation at all and spitting on customers. and all questions will probably have to be decided in court.
And one more thing, despite the fact that their site is presented in English, the so-called support responds in half of the cases in German

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
Leider wurde zum Abhollager die Nischenverkleidung in der zur Arbeitsplatte passenden Farbe geliefert. Ein Mitarbeiter im Versand handelte gemäß unseren Servicegrundsätzen. An allen Stellen der Lieferkette wird die Bestellung auf Richtigkeit bzw. Fehler überprüft. Passend zur Arbeitsplatte wurde proaktiv die Nischenverkleidung in der passenden Farbe ausgewählt.
Natürlich ist das unser Fehler, da keine Abstimmung mit Ihnen erfolgte.
Auf Ihre Reklamation vom Freitag wurde unsererseits reagiert und sofort am Montag eine Nachlieferung zum Abhollager veranlasst. Darüber hinaus haben wir Sie am 04.05. darüber informiert, dass die Lieferung am 05.05.2022 im Abhollager zur Verfügung stehen wird.
Obwohl die Ware seit dem 05.05.2022 zur Abholung bereit stand, evaluieren wir momentan, warum Sie nicht bzgl. eines Abholtermins kontaktiert worden sind.
Noch eine Information zur Lieferung:
Wie bereits schriftlich erklärt, können wir bei Lieferungen, für die kein Versand bezahlt wurde, keine Nachlieferungen / Ersatzlieferungen kostenlos zur Wohnadresse durchführen.
Die gewählte Lieferart „ Abholung“ ist die schnellste Art der Versendung eines Langteils. Ansonsten müsste die Nischenverkleidung im 2-Mann-Handling verschickt werden, wozu wir eine Lieferzeit von bis zu 3 Wochen veranschlagen.
The quality of all furniture it is way…
The quality of all furniture it is way higher compared to other ready to install brands. Everything was delivered in one single pallet in only a couple of days. It took me some time to assemble everything cause I am not an expert. However, it was not rocket science. Long story short, I am very satisfied with my new kitchen :) !
