Excellent service from the minute we landed activating the eSIM was really easy and straightforward I got 20gb for 10 days I got for all my family each and they were on it constantly with no signal issues or lagging whatsoever just pure brilliant service definitely will be using them in the future anyone thinking on getting an eSIM don’t hesitate

I downloaded an eSIM in Italy and quickly discovered the network was really poor and only worked in big cities. I then attempted to cancel it after a few hours and get a full refund and I was told that I could only get half because I had activated it but how could I know it wouldn’t work until I activated it?? The customer service on the live chat was with Misha who was incredibly rude, possibly the worst service of my life. Do not recommend at all.

I bought an esim with unlimited data for 10 days. After using up 3GB, they switched me to an extra slow network, which support says is normally the limit. This is not written anywhere in their offer, but it is written that it is fast
