Items arrived just as expected. They were well packaged and not damaged or leaking. I appreciated the email communications about when my item was shipping and the tracking information so I knew when it would arrive. I got the package in a couple weeks which I expected rather than months.

order#34135540. daughter bought some clothes there, took more one month for the delivery. one item is missing, and the quality the other items are quite not favourable, tried to return them, but found out you have to send it to Hong Kong at your own cost. total wasting of time and money.

Fast delivery, safe and padded packaging, and good variety of products. Only complaint is the search on the website can be a little difficult to filter by specific brands, or colours. The search doesn't always show all relevant results unless you know the exact name of a product. Could be improved with better categorization.
