The work with the available design tools was great. Fast delivery with a transparent tracking service, good quality. Products look really nice (business cards, flyer, sticker). After a mistake (must be occurred during the order procedure) and a resulting wrong background for a car sticker - I gave them a call.
My experience: friendly support, fast problem solving and a new delivery with the right version of my sticker.

Do not buy embosser stamps from Vistaprint!
Very nice service, friendly online customer service chat, and delivers quickly.
Products e.g. business cards and stickers are great, but I would not recommend buying embossing stamps (Prägestempel) from Vistaprint. I ordered these in the Bottom orientation (to be stamped at the bottom of a page or at the back flap of envelopes), but they seemed to be completely incapable of manufacturing them in any orientation except from the top, which doesn't work for me.
I was not happy with the first product they sent me, and the customer service agent duly sent me a replacement. Nice service, fast delivery, but unfortunately, again the same product in the wrong orientation. I explained to the next customer service again why the replacement was wrong, and again they duly sent me a second replacement, again in the wrong orientation. Now I have three beautiful embosser stamps, all of which in the wrong orientation, which is such a shame, because I would have given both the service and product 5 stars.

Furthermore, we regret that the embossing stamp did not turn out as expected despite having multiple orders submitted. Based on your description of what you're looking for, we recommend that you rotate the design on the stamp to be in the opposite direction. Currently, your design is in the standard layout; as such, if you wish to have the stamp used in a different direction, you will be required to change your design. You may do so and place a new order for the stamp. We trust this will be helpful.
Order Nov 30, 2025 for €216, Not Received it Till Jan 27, 2026! (Refund on 27 Jan 2026 after speaking to customer support)
Made an order for 20+ t-shirts on Nov 30rd and was supposed to get it by Dec 22, 2025 or so.
However, i did not get it delivered unitl Jan 05, 2026.
I contacted the customer service person on 05 Jan 2026 - who was extremely unhelpful, took no ownership and just blamed DHL and claimed it was not VistaPrint's problem. My address was asked to be verified. The address is correct and i live in this place from 2017. He offered to reship it with delivery reaching me on Jan 26th.
I waited till 26th with no delivery, nor any communication of delays or errors from VistaPrint.
On 27 Jan 2026, i reached the customer service again, who said DHL again returned it with "faulty address". The address was again correct and so was the phone number. This time the support person was at least helpful and promptly refunded my money. I am supposed to get it in 3 days back.
However:
1. There's no communication or ownership from Vistaprint when an explict deadline for delivery is not met and no explanation.
2. it's difficult to believe that an address i am living from 2017 and receiveing multiple deliveries every week from Amazon, DHL, Zalando and others is returned as "incorrect"
Overall, extremely disppointed after waiting for 2+ months for a product which was important for me for an event, only to get a refund and an excuse. Also it is basic courtesy that if you sell something and you can't deliver on time, you send an email to the customer to inform them of the situation. Very poor handling of the situation from VistaPrint.

We fully understand how frustrating and upsetting this experience must have been, especially when the order was intended for an important event and required reliable delivery by a specific date. We regret the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We also apologize for the lack of proactive communication when the delivery deadlines were not met. You are absolutely right that customers should be informed when delays or delivery issues occur, and we acknowledge that we did not meet that expectation in this case. While tracking information is provided once an order ships so customers can follow delivery progress, we agree that clearer outreach and ownership from our side would have helped reduce frustration, and we are sorry that this was not handled better. Once an order is shipped, a shipment notification email with tracking details is sent so customers can monitor updates directly with the carrier and alert us as soon as an issue appears. When concerns are brought to our attention, we can then step in to assist with next steps, including reshipment or refund options. We understand why it is concerning to see repeated delivery failures when you regularly receive packages at the same address. We recommend checking directly with your local DHL office to understand why the address was flagged as faulty, as repeated failed deliveries could impact future shipments as well. While we are glad the refund was processed promptly during your last interaction, we truly regret that a successful delivery could not be completed after such a long wait. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback is important as we work to improve communication and handling delivery issues.
