Promised discount not delivered.
They advertise a 15% discount when you sign up for the newsletter. I did this and never received a discount.
I contacted support, and no answer either.
If this is how they behave during customer acquisition, I do not trust them with my business.

The delivery was supposed to be on the…
The delivery was supposed to be on the 12th, but it's now on the 15th !!! We have an event, and this will not get there !!! And the issue was not from DHL, as they emailed me on the 11th that your printing is now being shipped!! Also, they had charged me extras for express shipping!!!!

I ordered A4 flyers
I ordered A4 flyers, but received them in A3 format instead and as a result, the materials are completely unusable for my intended purpose. I have essentially wasted nearly €100.
When I contacted customer service, the only solution offered was a €10 voucher, which is completely inadequate given the error. I expected a proper resolution, such as a correct reprint in A4 or a fair refund.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their quality control and take greater responsibility for obvious production mistakes in the future.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I ordered stickers for my business as I was running out of them and needed them ASAP, it was really really urgent. I purchased and paid extra money for it to be delivered quickly which should have been delivered on Friday and it got delivered on the next Tuesday instead. Also these stickers are of terrible quality, I purchased better ones and cheaper ones from Aliexpress. I spend half a day to take the back of the sticker of it, it's nearly impossible and I have nails for it. If I could I would want a refund for this.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS!
Ordered some coasters on about 27th Nov 23 and according to them they were printed on 29th Nov. It's now 12th Dec and they still haven't been delivered. DPD tracking says the parcel has been in Oldbury since 8th Dec and not moved since then. I have called Online Printers twice (7th and today) with no information to when they will arrive. Online Printers said when we put the order in we would have them by 8th Dec. I have purchased these to send out with Xmas cards before Christmas. I am so annoyed and Online Printers doesn't seem to care! Cannot find a phone number to talk to someone at DPD. This is an absolute joke!
