Jenny was fantastic from the very start, I had a rough idea of what I thought i needed, but jenny was knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction with an alternative which will be better for my needs. Super service, and will definitely contact jenny for my other cars that need protecting

I’ve purchased 7 trackers from this company in the past for various vehicles in my fleet. The service has always been great and Marcus the installer has been brill. Even if theres been a technical issue it’s been resolved promptly and I’ve recommended to others. My latest purchase however has been shocking. They cant install in the timeframe indicates and they aren’t booked in 24 hours. It’s been weeks and I don’t know if this is due to a third party SGH carrying out installation or not but I’ll be requesting a refund if I am able to get anyone to answer the phone after purchasing on 20/08. Found the exact same product from a rival with fitting within 5 days. Shop about. Ive also written this after being on hold for 30 mins before getting hung up on a day they’re supposedly open.

I purchased a Thinkware F790 dashcam from TrackerShop with professional installation, specifically because I wanted reliable parking recording and evidence should my car be hit whilst parked.

Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues with the dashcam since installation. The original installation was subsequently found to have been incorrectly wired and remedial work was carried out. Despite this, I continued to experience problems with the dashcam recording whilst parked.

The issue became particularly serious when my car was subsequently hit whilst parked. When I checked the dashcam, I discovered that there was no footage of the incident, leaving me without potentially important evidence for my insurer or the police.

I’ve spent months going back and forth with TrackerShop and Thinkware, carrying out troubleshooting and having multiple engineers attend. Thinkware’s investigations also identified a power-loss issue and referred the matter back to TrackerShop.

I have now had the dashcam removed following a further engineer inspection and am seeking a refund and compensation. However, despite the length of time this complaint has been ongoing, I am still waiting for TrackerShop to provide a resolution.

I appreciate that technical faults can happen, but what has been most disappointing is the amount of time, chasing and effort I’ve had to put into resolving an issue with a product that was professionally supplied and installed. I would have expected much better communication and ownership of the problem.

At the time of writing, my complaint remains unresolved.

Edson came this morning and fitted my Ghost 2 immobiliser and tracker. Very polite and informative, done a great job.

Excellent service from TrackerShop. Mike, the installer, arranged the time with me beforehand and arrived exactly when expected. He was polite, friendly and very professional.

He worked quickly but took great care with my car, explaining what he was doing throughout, which really put my mind at ease. Once the installation was complete, he talked me through everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy before leaving.

Mike also said I could contact him by phone or WhatsApp with any questions afterwards, which was a great touch.

Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend TrackerShop to anyone looking for extra security and peace of mind for their car.

Mike was excellent, professional and made tuition easy to remember.

The engineer was on time, respectful, certius, tidy job, explained how the system worked and any issues or problems left his number to call.

The installation took place exactly in the window of time that I was told, it was quick and efficient and the engineer, Edson Dias, took great care in making sure the tracker was properly installed and thereafter explained everything that I need to know. If I could leave no stars I would. Product was mis described just to get a sale. The immobiliser uses a loop and isn’t automatically detected by the fobs. I got stuck for 20 minutes trying to start my car . Every journey is now stress
The all day installation doesn’t call you so you waste a whole day not knowing when they are coming.
The only way you can talk to anyone is to press the sales number. They have no support .
The so called sympathetic manager doesn’t call you back
It’s like dealing with Arthur Daley security and require it removed and refunded . Stay well clear . Go somewhere else
