Bought 8 boxes of HIPP HA baby formula, which is not available locally. The price was one of the most competitive I found online and included free and fast shipping to France. Thanks to this review of yesterday, today I received all money back from lost order. Thank you titan. So I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I made an order 28 of March, nearly three months ago through my husband but never received it. Titan claimed it was the fault of Hermes the shipping company. I also contacted PayPal who claims they reimburse orders never received. They do not. It was ping pong from titanpoint.de to PayPal. Fact is I lost 100 euro and got nothing neither the order nor reimbursement of my money for order lost. No explanations nor I'm sorry will ship the goods again, nothing. It's a shame because I reordered this year after all went okay last year. Never again.
