I been using this company for a few years now I never had problem they dispatch the product same day always received them next day great delivery timing. They also have all the latest games and at a great price always feel safe about ordering and games come with letterbox friendly boxes

2 stars because the company is stupid enough to use royal mail as delivery partner, and royal mail is too retarded to deliver the package properly despite people actually being at home. I will never order here again unless there will be an option for DPD

Bought a couple of TCG booster boxes on pre-order. Very happy with the service and prices were good compared to other sites. Delivery was very prompt too, to coincide with the release day. Would recommend.

Ordered MGS master Collection 2 for Switch 2.

Zero updates for days on Royal Mail. Messaged customer service. Agreed on a replacement to be sent out, would be actioned that day or the next.

Messaged following day just to check it had been done and was told no guarantee it would be done that day either as the team was prioritising other orders. What a terrible response, refund issued.

Was only my second order and I dont really want to use Amazon etc and would rather use an actual company that specialises in games/collectibles but yeah thats soured that, probably won't order again.

Been asked to review a game that never turned up.
It was part of a multiple order and was missing from the package.
Second time an order is wrong or not even dispatched ( previous order to this one).
I will add I’m a regular customer to this company and have never had any problems previously to these last two orders. Hopefully just a glitch. Because I have found them to be value for money and previously orders are often received the next day
