I ordered earbuds from you since over a week ago and have not received them up till now. The last I heard was that it would be delivered on the 26th of October 2026. Today is 2nd November, no update, no reliable way to contact you or track the item. PostNord is saying nothing reasonable either. If I could give you less than one star, I would have!

Very bad experience i have not receive my order upon till now I regretted shopping in your store.

I bought a backpack on sale. Right away I realized it was not the right color and I tried to contact the company by phone or e-mail but I didn't find any of them.
A couple of days later I received a really low quality backpack so I decided to send it back.
To my surprise and due to the dimension of the envelope (yes, it´s only 300gr) the cost is 329 sek, which of course I'm not willing to pay due it's more expensive than the backpack itself.

I was trying to send a message to tell them I'm not sending the product back and explain the situation, but when you go to the "customer service", there's a chatbot and some links. No e-mail, no contact form or phone number.

I feel completely scammed.

Think better if you are planning to buy something here.

Ordered and paid for an item. Have not received any information about my delivery! Nothing from them. Worst experience ever

Complicated return and late reply, not possible to have a phone call.
I ordered on a Sunday and cancelled it in few minutes as it was wrong, then I order the proper product but I received both orders, now there's no article or shipment number or anything that I can see which packet is related to which order, neither on the packets nor on the website, not even on the product itself.

I’m giving no rating because what I got was not what I ordered and it took forever to be delivered. This will be my first and last order from this website.

I was looking for a Garmin watch strap and got a cheap imitation. I am disappointed.

Thanks for the answer and i allready did contact customer service. Didn’t help much on time. 3 days shipment that for you took 22 days and is stil not here!
