Highly unprofessional.

1 star is too much for this scam shop. I ordered a watch bracelet, it is now 6 weeks ago that I ordered and paid and I still have not received anything.. I mailed with them several times, the first time they said wat 2 more weeks and it will come (sounds like China dropship) bit it never came, so I maild again demanding my money back, but you guessed it, no response. STAY AWAY FROMTHIS WEBSHOP!!!

Stay away, no communication... They never send their products... Just stay away!

I did call Delivery company (DSV) they said they haven't received the product yet..

This website is a scam. They never send you any order confirmation and no tracking no. you will get information about your order only when you show them the transaction from your bank and after that you need to pray to god to get the delivery of the product because the product will not leave the terminal and stay like that. If you contact the support to cancel the order, they will not cancel it and do no respond after that. Please make a police complaint if you place an order and you fall to their fraud so that others cant get scammed

I ordered a cover on December 28, 2025. I received it today, February 13, and it was a cover that did not match my order,

Not overwhelmingly cheap, but we accepted the price.

Its sort of OK that it take 2 weeks when its Christmas and New Years, with Storms and a little snow.

But: 13 e-posts, and still no telephone is .. irritating.

Terrible customer service and false information. They promise delivery within 5 business days. It's been 5 days and my product is just now in processing at a terminal. Also the customer service are just automated messages so don't even bother contacting them. Sketchy website, waste of money.

First buy for few weeks back I didn't receive any info about receipt and delivery. It came 2 weeks later than claimed on their 2 days delivery! I did wanted to try one last time and buy again some phone handstraps for pixel 10 pro before my journey. It says 1-2 days delivery and they have like 10+ items in their warehouse. Again didn't got any delivery info about sending the item . It has passed 3 working days. I counted on that delivery to arrive in promised 1-2 working days. Guess what, they didn't even send the item according to the chat boot when I've checked the delivery with my order number! I've specifically requested my money back and to cancel the order bc it's just to late now, I'll be leaving tomorrow and there wouldn't be a point sending it now. They didn't have the decency to write me back but just booked early bird in the morning which is arriving in 2-4 days.Now I have to find a workaround to pick the item and sending it back on my own expense. This is the worst experience with no communication with the support that I've ever encountered . Never in my life buying again from Phonelife.

I purchased the DG.MING case for my Google Pixel 10, and I’m extremely disappointed. The case relies solely on magnets to hold the phone, with no physical frame or grip to secure it. My phone has slipped out three times already, which is unacceptable for a €1,000 device. A protective case should do just that—protect. This design feels careless and unsafe. I would not recommend this product to anyone who values their phone.

It's been 9 days since I ordered and I don't even get any shipping updates. I need a refund. They promised it was only 2-5 business days.

The product purchased this round was so bad, the quality does not justify the pricing. Anyhow this particular product also has defect, and the customer service team handled it very efficiently. So it's neutral rating at this round.

After more than a week waiting on an quite expensive cover for my Ereader, I received a cheap wristband for a watch, dont theo have glasses to read?

Bought a "titanium watch band" for my Samsung Watch 5 Pro, and it's some crappy Chinese quality, because the construction is misaligned and there's no way of making the pins latch onto my watch. I'd return it for being faulty, but Phonelife's customer service is broken on their Web page, only returning "javascript:void(0);" when you try to click on any link that relates to customer service.

This is particularly insulting, as delivery time was estimated to be 2-5 days, and it took something like two weeks, and now I have no way of complaining about the bad quality product. I could return it within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but then I have to pay for the shipping cost, plus I'm sure phonelife would deduct money off of the product, since I had to remove the plastic wrapping on the watch band in order to try it out. Not worth it for the ~30e I paid. But I also won't buy from phonelife again.
