Not recommended to anyone… Just eating our money
I hv used this app few times to send money and last week I tried to send some money to my father for his emergency and it still didn’t went through for 5 days now…
And when I ask my money back…
They keep saying I need to wait…
Bcz it’s their technical issue…
So I need to wait whenever they will solve that and send the money…
They said they can’t cancel the transaction and send me my money back…
We use these platforms to send money home so quick… now it’s already 5 days and still I need to wait???
How long?? A month?? A year??
They take our money and they don’t even care how long it will take and how it’s affect us…
And it’s disappointing to see that they say they can’t gv our money back….
I am not recommending this for anyone
Please use other safe platforms to sen money home…. NoT this…
This is not safe at all… it’s eating our money

"Pending" transfer
The tranfer is "pending" since 4 days ago, and there is no human response from the app. The AI speaker just tells me to wait. As I can read here, other people wait for weeks with no response. Truly dissappointing.
