Nice platform but they should lower the price of subscribtions

The whole platform is rotten, anti jew allow terrorist sympathisers like hasan abi, the worst streaming platform, its unsafe for teenagers and should be moderated.. the admin team are disgustingly biased towards left leaning pro Palestinian streamers and Booby streamers. Scary unmoderated platform run by hippies.

some mentally ill people are in charge of moderation....
but they don't actually moderate but instead they harass customers and enforce their own personal agenda....
oh and the posterboy of this company shocks his dog live on stream with a shock collar.

Twitch is downright a evil company

The platform works fine if you link your Prime account to get a free sub every month. However, the main home screen has become overly cluttered with messy recommendations from random non-gaming categories that I never search for.

This platform became an aberration in every domains.

The player keeps buffering on my laptop even though my fiber connection is solid. I’ve tried clearing the cache and switching browsers, but it’s still choppy during big events. It’s fine on mobile, but the desktop experience feels a bit neglected lately.

Twitch.tv is the most unsafe website I have ever been on. And they don't care. I almost lost my account because a streamer was viewbotting and had a fake "working" chat. He had 3500 views and was doing a very real-looking Valorant event. He was talking, chatting, etc. And he was promoting an event. Of course the whole website was fake. Got an email that my real email got changed to a different one. One thing that saved me was that I was still logged in and the fact that Riot has the best support ticket thing in the market. Literally, I told them it's my account, what skin I bought, who I played top with that account, etc. Just don't use twitch. Use youtube or don't watch streamers.

Stole my money, gave me a 7 day free twitch turbo trial cancelled after 1 minute of use, two days later they took 20 euros from my account, said they would refund in under 10 business days, it has been 16 days/ 11 business days.

I got scammed and they took my money and refused to get it back. They won't tell me what subscription I paid for.

The incompetence of the morons they hire to work in their support is simply amazing.

I would have given them no stars but not an option. Someone stole my credit card information and made several purchases on Twitch. After investigating, the account was closed, Twitch refunded some of the money but not all of it. Out of 7 fraudulent purchases, I only received 5 refunds. They stopped responding to my requests. I guess I should be grateful for the 5 I received.

Spent a year building a community on this platform. Got permanently banned with no explantion. Tried to appeal got some A.I response back. They don't give a single shit.

Twitch as a company per their customer service department is absolutely trash. They have banned my son for being under 13 twice now even though he is over 13. I contacted customer support to prove that he is over 13 and they wanted me to upload my ID so I sent them my ID all they kept sending back was we are unable to process your request please submit your documentation per the policy and I submitted it several different times and asked them what was wrong with my submission they kept sending me the same message verbatim over and over again I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager they kept sending the same message over and over again regarding the ID submission. It is a horrible horrible company terrible customer service go to Kik or YouTube to stream.

The ads are unbearable. 2 minute ads every 5 minutes, horrible simp moderators who let sexual content exist so they can goon, extremely misandrist site overall, if you're an attractive woman you can say and do anything and only get a week ban. If you're a guy you can do something just remotely offensive and get perma banned.

They make cancelling your subscription UNFINDABLE. I had to search up how to do it numerous because it is so unclear on how to do that just because they don't want to lose money. I had cancelled my subscription previously before the next billing date and it still took my money. Of course, this greedy site has a no refund policy no matter the issue. I do not recommend subscribing to your favorite streamers through twitch and if you would like to donate to them, find other ways. I am disappointed on customer service and everything.
