Hi i ordered my bike 20th of April 7 weeks ago the wrong bike arrived the bike was collected 3 weeks ago to be exchanged my emails and Facebook have been ignored I have no money in my account and no bike

Thanks for your response I should add the staff were polite and im happy with the bike however this took 2 months to sort out when It could have been sorted in 2 weeks and I only got a response when I left a bad review otherwise I was ignored

Ok ordering procedure but bad shipping

J'ai commandé une moto pour mon fils de 12 ans le 6 décembre, le processus de vente s'est déroulé en douceur. J'étais ASSURÉ que le vélo arriverait dans les 7 jours, donc j'aurais tout le temps de le monter.

Le 14 décembre, j'ai envoyé un e-mail au vendeur et j'ai été dirigé vers la compagnie maritime qui n'a pas répondu aux appels téléphoniques ou aux e-mails. Le personnel de SmallMX n'a ​​pas aidé non plus (ils ne répondent pas à leurs téléphones et leur aide en ligne est inexistante) chat bots - ennuyeux.

Le vélo est ENFIN arrivé le 22 décembre et lorsque j'ai essayé de l'assembler, le boulon principal reliant le cadre à la suspension arrière manquait.

Mise à jour. On m'a envoyé une pièce de rechange et nous avons finalement pu construire le vélo. À ma grande surprise, il a commencé immédiatement. Ce serait bien de savoir qu'il y a déjà de l'huile et du liquide de frein dans la moto donc on n'a pas purgé les freins. Suis plus heureux qu'avant, service rapide après la livraison, mais ils devraient changer de compagnie maritime.

Ordered a motorbike for my 12 year old son on the 6th of December, sales process was VERY smooth. Was ASSURED the bike would arrive within 7 days so I would have plenty of time to put it together.

On the 14th of December I emailed the sales person and was directed to the shipping company who did not answer phone calls or emails. SmallMX staff did not help either (they don't answer their phones and their online help is non-existent) chat bots - annoying.

Bike FINALLY arrived on the 22nd of December and when I tried to put it together the main bolt connecting the frame to the back suspension was missing.

They DID send the bolt the next day which was good and answered few questions we had about putting it together my son is very happy with the bike and it starts easily every time.

6 months later we had an issue with a carburettor (the bike had done a lot of work) and they sent a new one FOC.
