Unfortunately, our experience with Le Mini Rider has been extremely disappointing.

Our LMR Python 6 arrived approximately three weeks later than advertised. Once professionally assembled, we discovered that the advertised speed limiter could not be adjusted to sufficiently reduce the speed, despite our mechanic trying to do so. As speed limitation was one of the main reasons we chose this model, we requested a return.

Since then, I have repeatedly had to chase customer service for replies. I provided the videos requested by their technical department, after which they confirmed they would accept the return and provide a full refund.

However, I am now once again being ignored simply trying to establish who covers the return transport costs and when my refund will be issued. I have had to chase them yet again.

The lack of communication and after-sales service has been incredibly frustrating. The matter remains unresolved, despite my full cooperation throughout.

I will update this review if and when the situation is finally resolved.

Im June I ordered a mini quad from this company. Delivery to be two weeks. It is now November and despite promises and excuses I still have not received my order. They refuse to refund and rarely reply to communication. It seems to me that most people have this problem with this SCAM company. Really it is FRAUD to take money and not be able to provide the product. I would never use them again .

Just got a call from Julien who excused the logistics dept. for the long delivery. They send it back and earned a better evaluation.
I'm just waiting for the goods ..

Great experience with this company. Communication by email and phone call was professional and even speaking in English, a great help.

******UPDATE: I have now been contacted through messenger, I was told my account has been 'LOCKED' because I have sent a few messages against the company.
Also because I have asked for proof of my refund and told them I will keep leaving reviews on social media until I have received, I have now been blocked so can't get through to them. Unbeleave-able!
I have been asked to remove my reviews and I will not until I have received my refund. *******

Customer services don’t answer phone, reply to emails or messenger.

They keep replying to reviews saying contact customer services but you can’t get through to them.!!

I ordered beginning of December within the deadline to receive for Christmas. After phoning repeatedly for days and no reply I then left a review (which has now been removed somehow) I then had a reply through Facebook messenger after leaving messages through there and got told told they couldn’t guarantee delivery and it still HADN'T been dispatched so on the 19th December I managed to make contact and agreed to cancel my order and request a refund. Still to this day I haven’t heard anything back from them. No one answers the phone, email or messenger and STILL NO REFUND.!! Do not order from this company.

I’ve also checked through Trustpilot and can see that hundreds of negative reviews have been removed including my last review from this company.
Please do not order from this company

We ordered the go kart for my son, unfortunately they had ran out of stock, however the company rang us and apologised for not having what we wanted in stock and gave us the newer model at no extra cost.
My son loves his go kart and is out in it almost everyday.
