On delivery the package was badly…
On delivery the package was badly battered, I pointed it out to the driver who smiled and said that is how I got it they put all the packages into a sack. The bulbs appear to be ok but the state of the package and the attitude of the delivery driver gives me no confidence in their company and creates a concern the care of my orders during transport

Dutton’s is my go to when ordering anything for the garden. Plants arrive in good condition well packaged and hydrated. Other items again are well packaged and of a good quality. No complaints. Would certainly keep using Suttons

Every item i have ordered has been delivered as promised on time and mainly in good condition (1 or 2 plants have been a bit battered and dry but soon bounced back). Looking forward to getting hundreds of bulbs going and hopefully a wonderful spring/summer display next year 😃

My plant arrived dead, and clearly hadn't died in the 1.5 days it was in transit so it must have been packaged and sent in that condition. Really unimpressed.

My plants arrived dead
My plants arrived dead and badly packed no wonder they couldn’t survive the journey. When I told Sutton this they did not offer replacement plants. I had ordered six Delphinium’s which were packaged in a stupid little envelope thing, no wonder they could survive the postage. I never got a refund or offer of replacement.
