I have rented cars about 5-6 times from them and every time they have been outstanding. Great customer service, I always like how polite there staff is, thats what matters, impressed a lot

We spent ou vacation on a road trip btw Cali and Hawaii, so we rented a car three times and each times the process was really smooth. The Sunnycars website also allows to modify the booking online, which was super useful when our second flight was postponed. I appreciate that you can upload the photos of the car prior and after the rental, but I think one important thing that should be added is the time when the pix were taken. That is why I'd recommend taking pix first with your phone and then uploading them to the up, otherwise they don't get saved on the phone and the time is not visible.
We rented through Alamo and I would pont out the exceptional service of Alexander (Alex) at Lax rental center and Edward, the shuttle driver at Lax. These two truly put some dedication in their job.
I would totally recommend Sunnycars to anyone!

The easiest way to rent a car from Germany that I’ve found. I don’t have to deal with the local car hire place, I know exactly what is in my contract and what is not - and when plans change, as they sometimes do, I can cancel free of charge. Literally the easiest thing about my trips! If buying plane tickets were this easy, someone would make a fortune. Thanks Sunny!

Everything went smoothly with Sunny Cars. All information was provided perfectly beforehand and was easy to find the rental company at the airport. What I like about Sunny Cars is that you don't need to pay deposit and comprehensive insurance is included.

Great service, customer support helped. Car had prior damage due to other users, but it was a nice drive.

Service at the pickup was excellent and the vehicle was perfect for our holiday.

Sunny Cars success must be partly attributed to their choice of partners they work with, Hertz is a great choice. Everything worked so smoothly that from booking to picking up the car was a pleasant experience. We will use Sunny Cars again that’s for sure.

Booked Sunny Cars in Menorca — what a joke.

There was no signage, no staff assistance, and no indication of where to go. People were wandering around completely confused. Every other car rental company had a desk, booth, or clear signs — Sunny Cars had nothing.

Instead, you’re expected to stand in the corner of a car park waiting in the rain.

There was only one minibus operated by a company called “Hyper,” taking around four people at a time. Elderly passengers were struggling to get on because the bus was so high, with no step provided.

The round trip was taking about 15 minutes each time, making the whole process painfully slow and disorganised.

Save your money and book elsewhere.

Sunny Cars was perfect!
From booking, paying, online Check-in etc, all very nice and easy.
Sadly that's where it ends there, and this is not a reflection of Sunny Cars... I think!
Last Minute at Split airport gave me a car that was bumped, dented and scratched all over and had disgusting white stains over all the seats.
Service, and other fault lights kept flashing on.
And tank was nearly empty.
Therefore a 4 instead of 5

We rented a car on Maui for 11 days, and everything went smoothly; we didn't have any issues. After we booked, we learned they partnered with Alamo. We loved that they had the best price for the same services. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and polite. We had an initial booking issue due to a seasonal discount code, but they were able to merge our orders. They were prompt with their response and help. We loved how they covered all the insurances and extras without having to worry about anything happening on the road. The online process is fast, and the payment link was sent to us within 24 hours. The cancellation policy is reasonable. We were very pleased with their service and look forward to booking a rental car through them again in the future. I think this was our 3rd rental through Sunny Cars.
The car was clean and worked well, and the process to pick up and drop off was easy. The car had A/C, all wheel drive, plenty of places to plug in your chargers, you could connect your phone to the car for directions, it had a nice screen for navigation, plenty of washer fluid, and didn't go through a lot of gas despite being an SUV. It was a comfortable ride and fit all our suitcases.

I am very satisfied with Sunny Cars. The entire process was professional, transparent, and hassle-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service!

Everything was very nice, everything went smoothly, and I even got a free upgrade because the car I'd pre-ordered was a bit small.

I had a Mazda CX-90 with an inline six-cylinder engine and all-wheel drive. Really great and lots of space. It was quite thirsty, but gas isn't that expensive in Canada.

PERFECT

Everything was perfect. Service at the airport was quick (for a small additional fee, they offered us a better car, which translated into lower operating costs). The car was a 2025 hybrid. We extended our rental by one day without any problems. We returned the car quickly and efficiently at the airport. The rental was without a deposit or credit card. I highly recommend it.

Sunny Cars service was excellent from start to finish. The whole process of booking the car, picking up the car and returning at Palma Airport was very well organised. I would highly recommend them.
