Excellent Choice & good availability
Having specified Stelrad radiators and installed them previously I was happy to use them again for another propoerty. The website was fairly easy to navigate to find the type of rad one was after. Search button didn't always turn up the right answer but I found the radiators I wanted and they came in all the right sizes to replace existing ones.
I emailed customer services re delivery dates as not way sadly to talk to anyone. I received an efficient answer the next day.
Order placed and date selected - all went well.
Delivery company not quite so good at the final stretch of finding our house - issues with communication on the phone.
Radiators all installed today and looking very smart.

Good website
Good website. Easy to navigate. Kept up to date throughout the entire process by email and text. Radiators delivered on the day I arranged and straight into my garage for safekeeping until plumber could attend and fit. Delivery men were very accommodating. Very happy with the service all round and would definitely use Stelrad direct again.

The little thoughtful touches like a little pot of touch up paint for any small chips caused by the fitting process. All in all really pleased with how they look since British Gas fitted them for us.
