I recently used The Roofbox Company and was very impressed with the service. Qass and Rob did a fantastic job fitting everything — they were professional, friendly and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
The fitting was carried out carefully and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable too. It’s great to find a company that provides such a high standard of workmanship at a fair price.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending The Roofbox Company, and I’d definitely use them again. Thanks Qass and Rob for doing such a great job!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish

I placed a Click & Collect order for roof bars, the fitting kit and a roof box. I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical about whether everything would be correct, as my car brand isn’t particularly well known in the UK. I needn’t have worried, every single part was there and exactly right for the car.

I’d driven over from Derby to collect everything and hadn’t realised beforehand that I needed to book a fitting slot. Completely accepting that they already had a full schedule of booked work, I said I was happy to fit everything myself in the car park, as I needed to get the roof bars and box onto the car to actually get everything home!

This is where Chris and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. Despite being busy, they couldn’t have been more helpful, lending me tools, giving advice and jumping in with a helping hand whenever I needed it. There was never any feeling that I was an inconvenience, just genuinely knowledgeable people who were happy to help.

I ended up purchasing a bike carrier while I was there too, and once again their product knowledge and advice were second to none.

The knowledge, helpfulness and customer service from these guys really knows no bounds. What could easily have turned into a stressful wasted journey became a genuinely great experience.

Absolutely first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip over from Derby again. Highly recommended.

Just been to Manchester store room, the guys have just saved the day, helping us fit the roof box we had onto the roof bars they fitted at the weekend. Myself kids and friend can now go camping

I was in the middle of checking out a roof bar from the returns section when, before I could enter my payment details, the basket suddenly updated and increased the price. I find it unacceptable for the price to change during the checkout process. Please honour the original advertised price.

Can not praise highly enough the help we received today when we visited the Bolton store. Nothing was too much trouble and Kas, in particular, helped us get the correct bike rack for our campervan. Every member of staff we had contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to use this company.

I found the towbar cycle rack I wanted at a good price, and the order went through smoothly. I was informed though there would be a delay in shipping, which unfortunately coincided with my holiday. I asked the company if it could be held for a couple of weeks before shipment so that I'd be at home. They were happy to do this and I'm very happy with the cycle rack. Thank you.

Great customer service , listened to my requirements, explained and fitted the roof bars, box and showed my how to operate these as well as a bike rack. Really impressed by the time given and fact I left with items fitted.

I've had a roof box for around 20 years and it was looking it's age (ie. disintegrating). All searches for replacements led me to the Roof Box Company website. Selecting a replacement box was a breeze with the online tools, and I took the opportunity to upgrade the roof bars too - the current car roof is rated for 80 kilos (my last car was only rated for 50 kilos) and the old bars were rated for 50 kilos to match the old car. So this time around I went with the Thule Evo WingBars which are rated at 100 kilos, and the KAMEI Husky 300 roof box rated at 50 kilos. Together they weigh 21 kilos so I now have plenty spare to play with (I carry all my sailing kit on the roof, and thanks to the new roof bars I'll be able to get my (small) outboard up there too so no more petrol fumes in the car). Delivery was very quick - within a couple of days of ordering. It's all on the car now and I've transferred the mast bag, oars, etc from the old box to the new box. Well chuffed. Happy to recommend the company. I did all my ordering online, I did not need to speak to them.

Great service with the items being dispatched promptly. The real measure of a company though is how they deal with problems. The delivery company misplaced my roof box but Laura at the Roof Box Company was outstanding in dealing with it. Her work in getting it sorted quickly and ensuring everything was resolved was first class. Not only are their products good value for money and well made you get the best customer service I have ever received as well.

Fantastic company I broke the plastic round the light board on my Cruz bike carrier. I emailed in some pictures next day I got a email telling me what I needed and how to order following day everything was delivered second time using this company I had to replace a key and barrel. not so easy to find on Web site but a email to tha company works a treat.

Having bought roof bars through Th Roof Box Company I needed to get a spare end piece for Cruz bars as I stood on one piece and damaged it. I contacted Kerry via email who responded in 5 minutes giving me the order number etc and did I need left or right side? I placed an order and paid for premium delivery. 20 hours after initial contact the required end piece plus spare arrived and is on the bars. This is outstanding service. Thank you. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the future.

My original purchase started to look like it had a manufacturing problem at about 10months and you dealt with the issue very professionally and the product was replaced. And when the replacement looked like it had the same issue straight out of the box, you helped by providing a chance to choose a different model under your 90day replacement.

At times, communication needed a little prompting, but I am grateful for the good customer service you have provided and I have recommended your company a number of times to the bike clubs and people I meet.
