A beautiful rug at a great price, I have seen elsewhere for more money. It’s the perfect size and is amazing quality, would highly recommended.

This couch is great, very comfy and looks lovely. The only issue is that the modules don’t connect so if you have it on floor boards they can slide apart over time. We fixed this by buying connectors and attaching them underneath. Other than that, it’s exactly what we wanted.

We bought the Muse TV Unit from the Sydney showroom on a Saturday, and it was delivered the following Thursday.

The TV unit has a simple design, but it has a unique charm and seems to become more beautiful every day I look at it. The finish is smooth and soft to the touch, and it arrived fully assembled, which made the whole process completely hassle-free compared to other flat-pack furniture.

We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, timeless TV unit.

Make sure what you sit on in store is super comfortable, as I’ve found they put the comfiest version possible in the showroom. Lead times can also be longer than quoted on site with zero proactive comms. But the furniture looks nice.

Loved this tv console unit as it is longer than most and perfect for our space. It is sturdy, well made and a beautiful oak timber.

I was looking for furniture that felt a bit nicer than the usual cheep MDF stuff but not crazy expensive RJ living surprisingly. The pieces feel solid and everything has a clean look without feeling too trendy. Really happy with it and would I buy from them again.

This review is based on two purchases from this company. Unfortunately, I only found the large number of negative Google reviews after I had already purchased. I wish I'd read them first.
My first purchase was a table that I loved. At the time of purchase, I was told it would take 6–8 weeks to arrive in stock, which I was completely fine with. After that period had passed, I received an email saying it had shipped and would arrive within 5–10 business days.
After a lot of chasing and follow-up with both the shipping company and RJ Living, the table finally arrived a month later. While the quality was excellent, the entire process was frustrating. Neither RJ Living nor the shipping company could provide a clear delivery date, and I spent far too much time trying to find out where it was.
I put it down to bad luck.
Later, I saw a rug I liked on sale. It was listed as IN STOCK and the website stated it would ship within 7–10 business days, so I felt reasonably confident purchasing it.
Shortly after buying, I noticed the shipping timeframe had changed. I emailed customer service to confirm whether it was actually in stock. I was then told it was not in the warehouse and would be arriving soon.
I repeatedly asked for a firm delivery date but was told they couldn't provide one because the item hadn't even arrived at their warehouse. After several emails back and forth, I requested a refund because I no longer felt confident the rug would arrive within a reasonable timeframe.
In one of the emails, customer service acknowledged that the item wasn't actually in stock and also advised that delivery could take up to three more weeks. I declined and asked for my money back. To their credit, they processed the refund and even offered store credit worth 110% of my purchase value. However, by that stage I had lost confidence in the process and chose not to proceed.
My issue isn't long lead times. I've happily waited 12 weeks or more for furniture from other companies. My issue is transparency. If an item isn't in stock, I'd rather be told upfront than discover it after I've paid.
The table I received is beautiful and the quality is excellent. However, based on my experiences, I wouldn't purchase from them again. Honest communication about stock availability and delivery timeframes matters, and unfortunately I didn't feel I received that.

Beautiful samples were sent reasonably quickly. Now to make my mind up
