The form where I could make a statement was understandable and the response came quickly and my concern was resolved.

One day before the event I realized that I no longer had the email with my ticket, but luckily, using the order number I retrieved from my payment details, I reached out to customer service and they resent the ticket to me. Thanks a lot for the fast service!

The concert was cancelled due to health issues of the artist. We were informed by mail that we were entitled to a refund. However the link to the website to apply for a refund was not working as the concert was already postponed once. FInally after many mails one in four tickets was refunded. The other 3 are still outstanding. Many mails all returned by automated chat bots referring to the website. The phone number is also not answered by a person, but only by a recorded voice, referring to the website and then closes the call. By far the overall worst experience in many years enjoying concerts.

Excellent service! I didn’t receive my tickets at first, but after reaching out, the team responded quickly and resent the link without any hassle. Friendly, helpful, and efficient – highly recommended!

Not only did they gaslight me about their fees, they misgendered me. I clearly listed my gender on their form. Yes, thank you for charging me for an "email" delivery fee. I'm sure that cost you 2 euros. On top of that you misgender me and that is in violation of German law as I indicated my gender on your form. You can have jerks who don't believe in progress working for you, but you're not able to tell me I'm not the gender matching my birth certificate.

Great customer service

Very good and professional staff, they respond quickly, thoroughly, and they have great patience and understanding for their customers.

They gave me the print@home ticket the same day of the request.

Tickets didn’t arrive, they send tickets by pdf that we need to print, the link for activating the tickets didn’t work. 105€ per ticket (210€) and we don’t know if it will work without activation… terrible 😢

Since the tickets were sent to where I don't live, I needed to send an email requesting it to where I live now. They quickly resolved the issue I had and sent the tickets that I could print myself. Thank you.

I booked my ticket with the wrong date by mistake. The team has been very helpful and allowed me to rebook my tickets with the correct date and get an refund.
