The phone time wait was too long and should give you a better insight into how much longer you may be on hold for as I was under time constraints at the time and nearly had to ring off

They are so attentive when they want to sell, but when you need to contact them for policy update they simple ignore!! I can’t solve my issue by phone (after waiting 20min on line) and they asked to send email, that nobody respond in 3 days!!! Do not recommend

(Edit: funny, 2 minutes after I posted here they answered the email haha. They do NOT recalculate the quote after changing from learner to full - no reducing price to reflect risk assessment. Definitely I do not recommend and won’t renew with them next year. Sad

I have had car insurance with quote devil for many years and it is a seamless process. This year upon organising my renewal a lady called Trish O’Reilly was looking after me and wow did she!!! All I can say is Trish went above and beyond in helping me and she explained everything in detail. Nothing was too much for her. Trish is the reason I am and always will be with quote devil and I will be telling anyone who will listen too !!! I requested a Letter of Indemnity for my Bank. Letter received but only my name appeared, so i requested that my husband be added. This can't seem to get resolved, even though both our names are on the Policy! after a few emails exchanged i was given number to ring, kept on hold for ages, passed to 3 different people all unable to resolve the issue. Someone supposed to ring me back... so waiting patiently. it is a pity as i have been a customer for 15 years - always very easy to renew policies but good luck if there is a query...
