5090 graphics card was under warranty…
5090 graphics card was under warranty and send it to proshop due to not working hdmi port. After i sent the card for rma +-10 weeks later they have noted that i didn't buy the card from them and the id don't match their system
My invoice has no identification number. I contacted them via phone. They said they want photos of the card?! Like they didn't have time in 10 weeks to do that?!
How is this possible? Card is worth several thousand euros
Like i have money to buy several 5090 and proshop is only shop in Finland to sell founders edition model
I tried askin id of the card that i ordered, but they refuse to give me it. I feel cheated

I ordered and paid that the package…
I ordered and paid that the package will be delivered to my home address... However, I waited the whole day and received late in the afternoon a text message that they were not able to deliver it and that I will be informed where to fetch my package. 2 days later I have been told to fetch my package from PostNord which is 40 km from where I live. I demand compensation/refund for "home delivery" and I advise Proshop to replace PostNord with somebody more reliable.

Bad customer support
Bad customer support, charged me twice.
Update following Proshop’s response:
Hi, Thank you for your response, but my complaint goes beyond confusion about the payment.
My main concerns were the poor customer support, money being tied up on my card for weeks, and my order being split without me requesting it. When I objected, I was told nothing could be done, yet I was expected to pay shipping twice for what I had placed as a single order.
Whether the amounts were technically charges or reservations does not change the fact that the money was unavailable to me for weeks.
Explaining how your internal system works does not address the way this was handled. I would appreciate a response that addresses these concerns directly, rather than treating the experience as a misunderstanding about payment.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the payment.
When an order is split into two separate orders, our system requires the new order to be paid for separately, as the original payment cannot be transferred or divided between two different orders. We understand that this can be inconvenient and may give the impression that you have been charged twice.
The extra payment reservation is released when the order is packed and the card has been charged.
We’re sorry if this was not clearly explained to you during the process.
Edit:
Regarding the split shipment, we would like to clarify that the order was split by you. We don´t split customer order without asking.
In the email we send offering the option to split an order, we also inform customers that shipping costs will be added if the value of the order is below EUR 100.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the customer service and with how the situation was communicated to you. We appreciate your feedback and understand that clearer communication could have helped avoid some of the frustration.

Bought a refrushed laptop: the machine was of high quality and I was happy with that. However, the Windows 11 Pro license installed on the machine did not work / did not activate and Proshop was not able to provide a new license key to be used for activation - instead was asked to send the machine back to Denmark for a 5 min job...
EDIT: Just received a Windows license key from Proshop so all is good now.
