I gave them 1 star because that's the attitude I received! Absolutely pathetic service , no parts , no customer service! It's no wonder their failing across the board! I've have a 5 year old planet x ec130e rivet rider and for some reason they don't stock any parts! Like zero parts!! And knowing full well people have this bike! So if there's anyone out there with the above bike good luck getting parts! Planet x are a joke! Disgusting! Looks like the owners of this bike will have to buy a brand new one ... maybe thats the reason??? Forcing you to buy their rubbish bikes! Embarrassing

Very good bikes, and this time pedals.

Sadly it's been a very disappointing experience because I'm still waiting for delivery, nearly 3-weeks after placing my order. Chasing has been awkward & I'm still waiting for a reply to my last message. Planet X don't seem to be using their company for the money & say that it's probably the courier that's lost it. I still hope to get something more positive eventually.

Great shorts my 4th pair and at this price a no brainer even bought my cycling mate a pair. Unfortunately this time hadn't my size in the shorts so got the 3/4 length which I prefer to use in the winter anyway.
Great delivery and updates

I've bought a lot of items (parts, accessories, clothing) from Planet X over the last few years,most recently an MTB helmet.
Everything has been good quality. Customer service is excellent and delivery fast.
I rarely go anywhere else for my cycling needs.

Planet X, always great prices and quality goods, I have bought gloves, socks, base layers and cycling tops, always good quality stuff that lasts Recently bought a maintenance stand, again great quality, very sturdy and well built and half price.

Ordered four pairs for a very good price, arrived very quickly, and they fit like a glove, comfy, light weight and a good size too, up the whole calf, well nearly.

Hi recently bought a hardtail MTB via Planet X. I spoke with Ben & Neil whom were both very informative and very knowledgeable in regards to recommending the best bike for me.
Sadly, the bike was slightly too big for me. After some recommendations I went to Planet X and they helped with trying to make adjustments so it would fit. I was talked through everything step by step and after switching up the frames they had it ready within an hour. You can tell these guys are very passionate about bike mechanics. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had if only more places where like this! If you’re looking for a bike I’d highly recommend these guys!

Just bought a bike from this company and must say they are so good. Neil replied to all my queries instantly . Bought bike one afternoon and picked up next morning. Neil came out to meet me and helped to put it on my trailer and was so nice. Would definately recommend .

Really creeped out by the, "we saw you looking"emails I receive every time after visiting the website. That's so weird and creepy, you really need to stop that.

Can I just say the frame wheelset and group-set are Utterly Superb!!! - the team were very very helpful in assisting my purchase
All my questions were answered promptly - even visited the team - immediately impressed

Winter setup road tyres 32mm gatorskins and raceblades fitted - good old Carradice saddle bag etc - Mini tour to Normandy France - zero issues & 450km covered over a weekend ! It was Loaded - flipped now to summertime gravel setup (40mm G-ones Overland) and it’s just amazing - fast .. no other way of describing… clears all I can through at it with EASE!!

Utterly Fantastic bike ….

Order PX110014 ordered on the 13th June, waited, waited, waited, 26th still nothing, called the numbers I had for planet x engaged constantly, emailed asking where my order was. In the end I had to get paypal involved because I was not getting a response from anyone. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but in this occasion I have had too.

Prompt service and great value for money

great cheap helmets for our community cycling project. Quickly delivered and as we wanted. A bargain.

My Cycle club were doing a Rebellion Way tour so I built up and ordered a Tempest Gravel GRX717 bike on Planet X using the Cycle2Work scheme. Unfortunately for me my company took an absolute age to get my LoC and that pushed the build time for the bike to the absolute wire. The Planet X team were aware I needed the bike and did all they could to get it ready on time. I did the tour and the bike never missed a beat. Great bike, great customer support and service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Planet X to everyone.

I ordered a bike in mid May with a suggested June delivery date - the bike arrived a week after I placed the purchase order!

Excellent customer service lots of variety EXCELLENT PRICES BEST IN THS CITY.

Ordered the wrong size frame and wanted to return it, but buyer pays shipping so from France to the UK I would have to pay in excess of 350EUR to ship a frame. I told them they could deduct the cost of return shipping from my payment...The argument from Planetx is "we do not currently have an international courier setup for helping with a return". What a load of BS. Surely if one wants to purchase from them they will ship to all corners of the earth. Avoid.

First time I came there it was overall a great experience , was great customer service they introduced me too the weed bar and I also loved that !!
