Generally happy with our service. There was a bit of confusion as we'd asked for a delivery date after a certain date and a maximum size lorry, and was then told whilst we were away that it was on its way in a big lorry... but that got sorted.
Good quality casetta, but with not so good instructions! The video instructions seemed to be for a general casetta and so certain things didn;t add up.

Update 10/3: The housette is finally here after over 16 weeks. Delivery was smooth, we'll see how the construction goes.
Update 9/21: They have now updated their delivery estimated to 2nd Oct, 16 weeks after order. In the past I was promised July and then end of August, so will only update once I see the boxes in my yard. In the mean time, the work in my house that was planned for September cannot proceed since stuff that was supposed to go to the casetta has nowhere to go.
A total scam. Order was confirmed on 12 June and as of 16 September they still cannot confirm the delivery date. All that they ever respond is that Oksana will contact me to prior to the delivery so that I can pay the remainder. I think instead I will just contact my credit card to get my prepayment back.

Very helpful in choosing the correct size and structure. smooth and usefull explanations of preparation. I have bought 2 casette , one a garage and the other Breta. of 24sq meters. I was guided extremely well by Federico. ALAS only 1 regret is that the Gutter system was too short for the garage and we had to buy another complete set locally. We have had many compliments and I have happily forwarded your PINECA.it as a company to be proud of. Many Thanks.
