The shed was just okay (so far) but the service was very poor.
It was quite difficult to get precise information from the company but until I paid my deposit they where grudgingly responding. Very slow process in getting things checked and I felt that I was just a nuisance to them. Once the shed had been paid for and arrived they lost all interest in helping. The delivery was VERY expensive and they just chucked on the floor unprotected from teh elements - not their fault. The deliverers where very unprofessional - again not thier fault. They had recommended a significant over order of roof tiles - again not their fault so no refund. The local "master craftsman" assembler they recommended was very difficult to deal with and just incapable of scheduling a start date - yet again not their fault. They event tried to trick me on the price but I refused and they had to concede to the correct price.
