Being a regular customer of Pharma Nord I've come to expect a cheerful response but received an exceptional
welcome when I phoned to place an order with Victoria. I had a couple of queries, that could have been negatively met, as they required some internal action; but Victoria was 'on the case'
(in fact: ahead of me) and with plenty of patience on her part my order was satisfactorily completed. Thank you so much.
There was more for me than just completing my order efficiently: I was made to feel worthy and, sad to say, that's quite a rare experience generally on the phone or at the shops!!

Response to orders is quick. Items come well packaged, so not damaged, but not overpackaged. So you don't have tons of paper and huge boxes to get rid of ,like some companies do. I've been using their bio carotene for a couple of years and it really helps as I have very fair skin.
