Personally I prefer a physical card .
Personally I prefer a physical card but the digital version was grand.
It took a while to set it up but eventually got it sorted.
I had no other issues to highlight so it was a plesant experience while using the card.

I received my bonuses through Perx gift…
I received my bonuses through Perx gift card , but I’ll be very honest doesn’t like Perx services, you can’t add gift card on apple wallet or google wallet, there app isn’t working, have to go on website and see, that’s my honest review, they should upgrade there card services.

I had to contact customer support as I no longer had access to the email that my Perx card was set up on.
The team couldn't have more helpful and responsive.

This is the worst online experience I have ever encountered -your people choose not to bother reading my e mails which contain details of the issues encountered -we have been going over and over the same issue for months now and either your objective is not to resolve the problem in the hope the card will lapse with an unused balance or people are just trained to send back e mails with no solution -I copied a response and sent it with my reply and you sent back the e mail with this piece deleted and no reference to it -it’s been apalling
