Simply the Best!

I've been a PB Tech onlinecustomer privately and for the organisation i work for for quite a few years now. Their service is excellent, good product range, some good specials and a website that is really used friendly and helpful.

Dependable, prompt and carry a good range.

I've been buying from PB Tech since they were a cluttered little shop in Panmure Basin. They have been incredibly consistent over the years, and they are always improving the internet shopping experience. They are staying on top of tech as well - I was impressed to see they had Plaud AI transcription devices in stock when I checked the website, the very same day I first saw a youtube ad for them.

Speaker Stands

I ordered some really nice speaker stands at 3pm and next morning they were delivered at 7:45am! Quality is excellent I’m very impressed with my first purchase.

I've been a PB Tech customer for a…

I've been a PB Tech customer for a number of years now. I appreciate how quickly they ship items, their variety of brands and stock is vast and I feel confident that their pricing is pretty competitive. I've also experienced their RMA process and can say it is slick and easy to use getting faulty items back in service with minimal hassle and downtime. Nice work team!

Absolutely a five-star experience

Absolutely a five-star experience. Found exactly the laptop I wanted on their site... It was far cheaper than anywhere else... Did a click and collect and it ready within 30 minutes. Days later I ordered an accessory for it at 4pm and it was delivered (rural delivery Nth Island) the next day. PB will be out go to place from now on.

PB Tech + Dyson, winning combination

We noticed that PB Tech had an excellent price online for a Dyson cleaner. We ordered, it was delivered very quickly and beautifully packed. PB Tech gave us great service, kept us informed about the status of our order, and I believe I ordered this on a Sunday night and received the cleaner on Tuesday. Site was easy to manoeuvre too, so 5+ points for PB Tech. And the cleaner? Great machine. Very happy customer here.
