Ridiculous customer service as the people sitting behind the phone doesn't pick up and if by mistake they pickup then they dont know what the hell they are talking about. I haven't recived my parcel because of a damage in transit. I called them to send a replacement product but they females sitting behind the phone told me we have to investigate it and may take 3 weeks. To hell with the investigation, its between you and the courier company because I haven't recieved the parcel yet. Why do I have to suffer if you use a pathetic courier company like evri. She also told me that we dont know how long is gona take because she was not in UK and they forward the details to UK team and dont know how long its going to take. I need my order asap. Missing coupon
Was missing a rebate coupon because it was delayed. I had to place my order without it in order to receive the parcel in time for when I needed it.
I contacted support afterwards, and they quickly replied telling me that they would offer a partial refund for the missing rebate on my order.

Quick good customer service
I ordered a 30 ml perfume on the website and there was a photo of it. When I got the confirmation mail the photo of the perfume was different. I wrote an email to customer service and got a quick answer. The answer was very clear, explaining and with an excuse about the confusing different photos. I was also reassured the my perfume would be like the one on the photo I ordered from.

Extremely unprofessional service and zero customer support
I placed an order on Parfumdreams’ website and was shown a message stating that delivery was not possible. Based on that information, I bought the product in a physical store instead.
Despite the message, Parfumdreams still shipped the order.
I contacted their customer service immediately, included a screenshot documenting the issue, and explained that the shipment happened due to a mistake on their side. I requested a free return, which is standard consumer rights in this situation.
They acknowledged the order number but then stopped responding entirely.
It has now been six weeks without a single reply, despite multiple follow-ups.
Ignoring customers for weeks on a simple return request is unacceptable. The lack of communication and responsibility is extremely unprofessional, and I cannot recommend Parfumdreams based on this experience.
